Each barrel is hand selected to ensure the flavour is absolutely perfect before bottling. The nose is rich with toasted oak notes as well as warm corn and cereal-inspired sweetness. There’s a note of smoke in there which is brought out strongly in the flavour and teams beautifully with nut oils and a spicy aniseed depth. A hint of citrus comes through in the end note and keeps you going back for another taste.
