A rare spiced rum with a memorable name, Pink Pigeon is not a drink you’ll forget in a hurry. One of Mauritius’ finer offerings, a bird native to isle is where it gets its name. Warming custard notes are released on opening the bottle and they’re soon followed by sweet icing sugar, buttery croissant and even strawberries. On drinking the sweetness remains and vanilla and nutmeg spice also come through, with a fieriness developing as you sip.
