Beau Joie Rosé is a fresh and fruity Champagne from Bertrand Senecourt. The outer casing is made from recycled copper (that itself is fully recyclable) and will keep the bottle colder for longer. A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, this is crisp with a gentle sweetness.

Deutz's 2012 Millésimé Brut has a white/copper-golden colour and opens with a clear, fresh, concentrated and aromatic bouquet of ripe white fruits, nuts and a classic chalkiness in the background. Andrew Quady has done pioneering work with the Orange Muscat grape. This variety is called “Orange Blossom Muscat” in Italy and shows intense orange, apricot and ripe pear characteristics. This wine is made (and named) to capture the essense of these fruit flavours and deliver them in a pure and concentrated form. This is a full-bodied, sweet wine with enough acidity to keep it form being cloying and to keep it light and clean on the palate. It is delicious paired with all kinds of desserts.
