Wine of France.This noble white wine is produced from grapes grown in the south-east facing Beblenheim commune in the pretty region of Alsace. Often referred to as the king of white grape varieties, Riesling has exceptional attributes that can produce exquisite white wines. Alsatian Rieslings have all this, coupled with a rich depth of flavour. Pale yellow in colour, highly aromatic with a lemony character and a crisp, fresh palate, this Kleinfels Riesling has a sublime complexity. Layers of citrus fruit and a steely mineral backbone support the bright acidity right through to a long, ethereal finish. Belle & Co is a refreshing and well balanced non-alcoholic alternative to a traditional dry sparkling wine. A perfect celebratory drink for when you want a non-alcohol alternative sparkling wine. Belle & Co is produced from fermented grape juice, like any other wine, but uses a high tech process to create this non-alcoholic product. It is then blended with premium green tea to give it more body. The resulting non-alcoholic wine has notes of apple and pear and a good level of acidity. One could say it's 'trés belle'!

Cellarmaster, Cédric Thiébault, historically sources the grapes for our Besserat de Bellefon Bleu Brut in the best villages of Champagne. This cuvee is the fruit of a unique and very specific method of champagne making that has been perpetuated by Besserat de Bellefon since 1930. This consists of adding less “liqueur de tirage” (a mix of sugar, yeast and must) at the moment of bottling which creates a lighter, more diaphanous formation of effervescence. House Gruet has been in Champagne since 1670. The winery has been passed on from generation to generation, finding fulfilment in 1975 with the launch of the first wines by Claude Gruet. He started producing 2500 bottles in 1975. He is currently working on a 20-hectares vineyard, producing from its own grapes and those of other producer they select, to produce around 2 million bottles a year in total. The Brut offers a crisp, and full-bodied sparkling wine, which has developed rich complexity and fine mousse. The allure of toasty finish from twenty-four months on tirage, is a complement to the sophisticated apple and citrus flavour. Winemaker's Note: Brilliant with ultra fine bubbles. Yellow straw coloured, very pale. On the nose, it is nicely aromatic, both floral and fruity. Direct and lively attack on the palate, giving a fresh and savoury wine.

The characteristically uplifting aromas of ripe lime and grapefruit, nectarine, papaya and mango and floral notes of orange blossom, gooseberry and sweet fennel are striking. A chalky and weighty texture balanced by a minerally-citrus acid backbone. 

Crazy Creatures Gruner Veltliner, Kremstal, Austria, 100% Gruner Veltliner, unoaked The brainchild of Michael Malat, the grapes for "Crazy Creatures" are grown in the small Austrian village of Palt, in the wine-growing region of Kremstal. The traditional Malat winery has been making wines in the region since 1722. A favourite among sommeliers and wine enthusiasts alike, Grüner Veltliner is the most important grape of Austria and is known for its spicy, herbal and fruity aromas and a crisp, fresh acidity. This Gruner has notes of whole grain cookies, dried barley, hazelnut flour, and baking spices lead the aromas and flavours on the forefront, followed by tart lemon and spice. Its soft texture yet zippy acidity add up to a wine that’s entirely enjoyable. A white wine that goes remarkably well with a great many dishes.

------Deutz Brut Classic is a fine non vintage blend, using equal proportions of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier rounded out by a high proportion (20 - 40%) of reserve wines. Resulting in a beautifully pure, elegant wine, with a refreshing lemony aroma and a delicate mousse. Dry and with plenty of substance. There's an aromatic floral note to the flavours of apricot, ripe apple, smoky mineral, kumquat and lemon zest in this firm bubbly, which is fine-grained and balanced, with a lively, moderate finish." -awarded 90 points by Wine Spectator, November 2011.

Salmon-pink with fine bubbles, with aromas of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates and red currants. A deliciously full body, with flavours of strawberries and raspberries and a pleasantly well-balanced finish.

Bright, yellow-green colour Intense with vegetal and terpenic hints on a background of white flowers and white fleshed fruit. Round and full, with refreshing acidity and great freshness. Intense taste, with a long finish dominated by aromas of peach and apricot. Food Pairing: On its own as an aperitif or with green salads especially the ones with either aromatic herbs in their composition such as dill or fennel or fruit, like grapefruit, peach or apple, as well as soups with herbs. Great with mild creamy cheeses like manouri or brie.

Very deep red, solid, almost impenetrable. Typical varietal expression with the bouquet developing on many levels. Aromas of violets, berries, blackcurrant, olives, black pepper and chocolate on a discreet background of vanilla and toasted bread. Warm and generous, with soft tannins, dressed with plenty of fruit. Well structured and round with a persistent presence of spices in its long finish. Food Pairing: Lamb and goat in the oven, spicy meat dishes like lamb curry. Game, even boar, grilled steak, cooked red meats and mature yellow cheeses.

The Bottega Fragolino Rosso is a sparkling wine made by Bottega from the region of Veneto that is made with fragola and has an alcoholic content of 10%. The Bottega Fragolino Rosso pairs excellently with rice and desserts

Pale goldcolour; delicate perfume of sage and apple; full flavour, fresh and lively, very savoury with a distinctive, pleasant aftertaste of sweet almonds.

A crisp Catalonian cava , clean and well-balanced. The fresh palate of apple, ripe pear and bright citrus flavours; combine with a long finish and an exciting touch of ginger.

Deutz Hommage a William Deutz Parcelles d'Ay is created from two estate vineyards adjacent to the house itself in Ay: Cote Glaciere (1.92 ha)and Meurtet (2.42ha) The new creation by CEO Fabrice Rosset is a blend of 100% Pinot Noir and is a hommage to the founder of the house. The last time Champagne Deutz created a Blanc de Noirs was in 1975. Usually the wines from these two vineyards are blended into Deutz's other cuvees, but Michel Davesne was so impressed with it he decided to put it on it's own again. Only 6,000 bottles have been made and only 600 of them to be released in the UK.
