More Details

Labourdonnais RAPH is a 5-year-old Mauritian agricole rum, crafted from pure sugarcane juice and aged in ex-cognac barrels under tropical conditions, intensifying its rich flavours. Housed in a striking ceramic dodo-shaped bottle, it pays homage to Mauritius’ extinct national bird, blending heritage with artisanal craftsmanship. Part of Labourdonnais’ Prestige Range, this rum is a collector’s gem, celebrated for its balance of tradition and innovation.

 Aroma:
A vibrant bouquet of citrus zest, dried apricots, and figs, layered with vanilla, sweet spices, and toasted oak from its cognac cask aging.

🥃 Palate:
Silky and complex, with tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), liquorice, and caramelised sugarcane. The ex-cognac influence adds depth through honeyed vanilla and nutmeg, balanced by a subtle woody backbone.

🍂 Finish:
Long and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruit, black pepper, and a touch of bitter orange, leaving a refined, slightly spicy farewell.

Perfect for sipping neat to savour its artisanal craftsmanship or elevating premium cocktails with its fruity-spicy profile. A collector’s piece as striking as its flavours. 🦤✨
