Cancellation and Returns Policy

Cancelling an Order

You are able to cancel an order made within 7 days should the goods be unwanted, and 14 days to return these goods, you will be liable for the initial delivery cost. All refund will be issued within 2 days of the goods being received back to our shop.

All returned goods must arrive back at our shop unopened and undamaged. You can cancel your order by emailing us at info@gerrys.uk.com. You will then be sent an email with details of how to return your order.

Breakages or Faulty Goods

If a breakage has occurred during delivery or goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement or a refund on the return of these items. We must be notified by email to info@gerrys.uk.com of such within 2 working days and the goods return needs to be arranged within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to have these goods collected by our couriers at no extra cost to yourself.

Failed Delivery

All orders are dispatched can be tracked via the UPS website. Should the goods ordered be returned because our couriers have failed to deliver we will either give you a full refund, or re-despatch on your instruction where the same delivery cost will be charged against your account.

Refunding a Return

All payments are in UK sterling (GB pounds) and all refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment.

Force Majeure

We do not have to keep to our delivery of an order and are not liable if we are prevented or delayed from doing so by:

  • Fire
  • Severe weather conditions
  • A shortage or lack of fuel or power supplies
  • Industrial action (official or unofficial)
  • A delay by any government, public or local authority or customs authority
  • Hijacking, robbery or other criminal action
  • Or any other causes beyond our control
