Its second release, Ki No Tea, has been meticulously created to the same exacting standards. The limited edition expression is the result of a partnership with noted tea grower and blender Hori-Shichimeien, which was founded just to the south of Kyoto in 1879. A carefully selected blend of teas, including Tencha and Gyokuro, have been added to the botanical recipe (Hinoki cypress, yuzi and juniper, among others) which imparts an intense aroma and depth of flavour.
