The Lady of Charmat is a multi-vintage sparkling brut rosé made from grapes grown at Off The Line vineyard. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks with a secondary fermentation taking place in a tank, a method known as ‘the Charmat method’. This vivid pink, dry sparkling rosé is easy drinking and fruit driven. It has definition, character and expresses red fruit flavours with character and identity.
