Based on a recipe that dates back to the 15th century, Tuaca is a brandy-based liqueur which brings together a number of brandies, a secret blend of fruits and spices and just a little sugar to blend it all together in harmony. On the nose is a spicy citrus tang which entices you to drink and when you do you’ll enjoy a surprisingly light and oily mouthfeel, sweet with a little dry spiciness and cinnamon, nutmeg and bitter orange leading the taste profile. It settles into a mellower, sweeter warmth, just the ticket after a filling meal.

Known as a great all-rounder Peychaud’s can be mixed with virtually anything to create a complex flavour profile.

A Greek brandy which needs no introduction really, but we’ll give you one anyway! Metaxa 5 Stars is the result of a secret recipe developed in 1888 blending together plump Attica grapes and sweet grape spirits. Metaxa 5 Stars has a flavour which is more raisin heavy than fruit and it has a light woody taste which works wonderfully with the mellow balance of grapes and spirits. The smoothness of Metaxa 5 Stars ensures it’s wonderful when drunk neat or splashed over ice.
