Nose: Rich vanilla and oak, with funky tinned peaches and cooked banana developing.

Palate: Apricot pastries, fresh sugarcane, even more vanilla and a touch of white pepper.

Finish: Still peppery on the finish, though tempered by caramel and dried fruit.
