One of three rums released as part of El Dorado's Single Still series, this 2009 Guyanese rum has been made using the Enmore wooden column still. Matured in oak casks for 12 years, it offers notes of smoked hazelnuts, caramel apples, coconut flakes and milk chocolate throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

Batanga reposado Tequila is produced at the Casa Orendain, which was founded all the way back in 1926! It's distilled using 100% agave, harvested from the Orendain plantation and fermented with yeast which is locally produced at the distillery from a recipe which is over 80 years old. Batanga is named after the eponymous drink created in the 1950s, which is a simple recipe of Tequila, cola and lime juice. We're sure the Tequila itself wouldn't go amiss in one of those!

Pierre Ferrand Yuzu Curacao, 70cl

This yuzu liqueur from Cognac producer Pierre Ferrand draws inspiration from an old recipe that dates back to the 19th century. Made by macerating whole yuzu fruits in Cognac for a week, the infusion is then distilled and further matured with a mix of fruits and spices, including vanilla. Married with an extra dose of brandy before bottling, this aromatic liqueur offers rich, round and waxy notes of candied citrus, almonds, plums, toffee and nutmeg throughout the palate.
