Made using Chipotle from Oaxaca. The Chipotle peppers are smoked and dried. The ingredients are first infused for two weeks in neutral alcohol and then a slow reduction process takes place by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and deminiralised water for a perfect balance. It is spicy, smoky, and citrusy. A must have. Perfect for a Spicy Margarita! Split base your tequila with this for a spicy kick, or for extra spice swap out for the triple sec... your preference! Just remember to rim your glass with Tajin rather than salt for the extra kick.
