Celebrating 125 years of making wine in 2015, Bodegas Riojanas has produced this fruity, juicy and enormously appetising red for glugging slightly chilled. The winemaking technique of carbonic maceration brings delightful lifted aromatics - bright red and blue fruit - and soft tannins. Drink now for its youthful exuberance.
Viamare Sangiovese/Primitivo is an unusual blend which highlights the best characteristics of both grapes. It is full and fragrant with typical hints of ripe red fruit and light spicy notes. Excellent with elaborate pasta dishes, grilled red meats and mature cheeses.
A garnet red colour with a delicate, appealing, intense bouquet, reminiscent of violets and dry roses, alcohol-soaked cherries, vanilla, tobacco, truffles and pepper. The taste is full, robust, austere but velvety and harmonious.
Pinot Grigio grapes have rather dark skins and they are left in contact with the fermenting juice for just the right amount of time to give this delicate Rosé wine its pink colour. With a fragrant nose of flowers and fresh fruit, soft and ripe on the palate, with delicate hints of raspberries this is a very easy wine to drink.
