Much-loved heavy metal band Slipknot has teamed up with Cedar Ridge Distillery to created Slipknot No.9 Whiskey! Blended by Slipknot's very own Shawn "Clown" Crahan (he can be seen sporting a clown mask when performing, hence the name), the whiskey features Iowa corn as well as a helping of rye, which brings a kick of spice to the fore. Both Slipknot and Cedar Ridge hail from Iowa, and judging by the whiskey they've made together, they seem like a fantastic fit. With that in mind, stick on Slipknot's Iowa album, pour yourself a glass of this and enjoy!

Papa Salt is an easy-drinking gin that celebrates the subtle taste of native Australian botanicals. A lively pear eau de vie with rich fruit notes, celebrating the best known of all pears, Conference. Single vintage from 2022, and single variety, locally sourced in Kent from our sustainable producers. Purely made using fresh pears and champagne yeast, then double pot distilled for a silky smooth spirit with a fantastic nose and a rich, fruity flavour profile. Excellent after dinner sipping spirit.

An exceedingly smooth, crisp, and fresh contemporary vodka made from scratch with 100% English apples. Fermented with Champagne yeast, before undergoing 22 distillations for purity. A fantastic sipping spirit, and a beautifully textured vodka to elevate cocktail serves. Nose: Aromas of crisp red apple, citrus and cereal, with hints of juicy plum. Palate: Rich, round texture and a dry, crisp palate enhanced by the natural character of the apples. Finish: Apple crumble with vanilla ice cream.

An extraordinary premium 100% agave Tequila from the masters at Patrón. El Cielo was distilled four times in small batches using the smallest copper pot still at Hacienda Patrón to concentrate and unlock the naturally sweet flavours of agave. The bottle design was inspired by the volcanic tahona stone used to produce the Tequila, and we have to say the packaging is very sophisticated. Rhum Clement was founded by Homere Clement in 1887 in Martinique, a small Caribbean island which has a unique terrior and the perfect tropical climate and humidity for producing rhum. It is the only French Caribbean island to have an AOC appellation, which they recieved in 1996.

Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey comes from J. Arthur Rackham. An individual who has spent more than 5 decades working in the alcohol industry. Leaning on what’s described as purity and flavor nuances, all barrels chosen for Daddy Rack are aged for a minimum of three years, then blended by Rackham to produce a smooth yet cask strength Tennessee whiskey. Daddy Rack’s whiskey is made with Grade 1 locally-farmed corn, sour mash fermentation and lightly rectified copper double distillation. It is also filtered using Lincoln County maple charcoal slow filtration before aging in new American oak barrels.

Infinita represents the culmination of whisky maker Dr. Bill Lumsden's explorations across various styles, highlighting the diverse array of flavours found in Glenmorangie’s warehouses. Initially matured in American white oak bourbon barrels, before a portion is moved to Oloroso sherry barrels for further years of maturation, while the remaining portion continued its aging in the bourbon barrels. After completing the 18-year maturation process, the two portions were merged and bottled at a strength of 43% ABV. This single malt Scotch whisky boasts a rich, creamy, and fruity profile, elegantly packaged, truly embodying its prestigious stature.

Here we have a sherried single malt whisky from Glencadam distillery. It was first matured in Bourbon barrels before being transferred to quality Pedro Ximénez casks. In the Highland distillery's dunnage warehouses, this rich and sweet PX sherry has added layers of dried fruit and baking spice to malt. It was bottled without chill-filtration or any additional colouring.

A lovely drop here from Glencadam Distillery, made by treating its Highland single malt Scotch whisky to a finish in Pinot Noir Wine casks. The whisky was initially aged in bourbon barrels before it was given a second maturation in barrels sourced from the Burgundy region of France.

Glencadam single malt Scotch Whisky here that was treated to a finish in Merlot wine casks. Master distiller Robert Fleming married several select single malts aged in bourbon American oak casks from Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses and then finished them in Merlot wine barrels sourced from Bordeaux, France. It was bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and un-chill-filtered.

A statement from the whiskey maker notes that this expression is a cask-strength bourbon with a limited run of just 1,620 bottles. Each will be individually numbered. Just like all of Boondocks’ whiskeys, ryes, and bourbons, this limited edition was crafted by Master Distiller David Scheurich, a veteran of the whiskey industry for 45 years and a winner of the Whisky Advocate Lifetime Achievement Award.

Casa Dragones Mizunara, a 100% Blue Agave Reposado sipping tequila, holds the distinction of being the inaugural tequila to be exclusively rested in mizunara. Mizunara is a unique and scarce Japanese oak, traditionally reserved for maturing Japanese whiskies. "Mizunara," which directly translates to "water oak," is known for its softer and more porous nature compared to other oaks. This tequila, subtly aged, harmoniously blends the natural minerality of agave with the soft, woody nuances of Japanese oak.
