Distilled in India using foraged Himalayan Juniper and locally sourced botanicals, Hapusa is a gin that is uniquely Indian. Hapusa is Sanskrit for juniper and it is the Himalayan juniper which gives our Gin not only its name but its untamed aroma and flavour. Found near the snow line in the Himalayas, this elusive Juniper Berry provides a beautiful structure around which the rest of our botanicals are purposefully arranged.

Rittenhouse Rye Whisky 100 proof is a hot and spicy offering which spends six years maturing before bottling. Vibrant cinnamon, black pepper and spicy rye are all prevalent in the nose and they lead into a medium body in which the higher proof is immediately apparent on the tongue. Rich notes of tobacco, cinnamon, clove and brown sugar blend together to create a highly spiced offering with just a touch of sweetness. Sip it slowly.

This is the first Texan whiskey, as well as being the first whiskey to be distilled from blue corn! When we first tried this we thought it was wonderful, though very "different". These days it's become a firm favourite, along with the rest of the craft distillery's fantastic releases.

Jack Daniel's Triple Mash is a combination of 20% Jack Daniel's World Famous Maple Charcoal Mellowed Tennessee Whiskey, 60% Jack Daniel's Rye Whiskey and 20% Jack Daniel's American Malt Whiskey (they make malt whiskey too!). A dram with honey, malty notes and balanced soft oak notes, Jack Daniel's shows some of the intriguing whiskeys they make in their renowned distillery. They make all their barrels fully in house to be contructed and toasted to their specifications, all their whiskey is aged in Lynchburg Tennessee, and the yeast in the fermentation process is cultivated from their first post prohibition yeast, all the way back in 1938. Great to find out that one of the most well known drinks in the world is made in a geeky way, similar to what would be considered 'craft' (scaled up quite a bit).

ottled in Bond whiskeys have to be aged for a minimum of 4 years, and bottled at a 100 proof (50% abv). Jack Daniel's bottled in bond is 80% corn, 12% Rye, and 8% barley. Fermented using their own house yeast, and aged in their own barrels, coopered in house to their specifications. Lots of caramel notes, rich oak and spice.

Renais Gin is a distinctive spirit inspired by the Burgundy region of France. Co-founded by siblings Alex and Emma Watson, it reflects their family's winemaking heritage. This rum comes from the much celebrated Worthy Park Estate in Jamaica. Full bodied and rich with flavours of ginger, tropical fruit, oak and spice.

Recognisable from the Blue Hyacinth Macaw on its bottle, Doorly’s fine Old Barbados Rum is an extra special creation. Doorly’s XO is a sweet concoction of heady aromas and enticing flavours including notes of Oloroso Sherry thanks to the casks the spirit is matured in. Oak spices are prevalent in the flavour and support the sweet vanilla and marzipan notes which deliver a tart spiciness which is enjoyable again and again. A lingering and enjoyable smokiness on the palate is again thanks to the oak maturation process.

Resplendent in straw-yellow, Boudier’s Saffron gin places premium, luxurious saffron at its heart. Gabriel Boudier’s micro-distillery is known for the quality of its work and each Boudier’s Saffron gin batch is handcrafted using natural botanicals creating its delicately spicy character. Released in the UK in 2014, the Mount Gay Black Barrel rum is made from single column and double pot distilled rum, though using a higher proportion of double pot distillates than their other expressions. It is also finished in heavily charred bourbon barrels before being bottled.

5 year old rum made exclusively using Fair Trade certified sugar cane from Belize and matured in Kentucky bourbon barrels before being shipped out to France to be bottled. Made by FAIR., whom created the world's first line of premium Fair Trade spirits and known for their FAIR. Vodka and liqueurs.

Glencadam single malt Scotch Whisky here that was treated to a finish in Merlot wine casks. Master distiller Robert Fleming married several select single malts aged in bourbon American oak casks from Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses and then finished them in Merlot wine barrels sourced from Bordeaux, France. It was bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and un-chill-filtered.

A lovely drop here from Glencadam Distillery, made by treating its Highland single malt Scotch whisky to a finish in Pinot Noir Wine casks. The whisky was initially aged in bourbon barrels before it was given a second maturation in barrels sourced from the Burgundy region of France.

Here we have a sherried single malt whisky from Glencadam distillery. It was first matured in Bourbon barrels before being transferred to quality Pedro Ximénez casks. In the Highland distillery's dunnage warehouses, this rich and sweet PX sherry has added layers of dried fruit and baking spice to malt. It was bottled without chill-filtration or any additional colouring.

Brugal 1888 was launched in 1988 to celebrate the company’s centenary and benefits from aging in ex-whisky barrels for 14 to 16 years. A portion of the blend is also aged in sherry butts and the aroma evidences this sweet sherry scent. The flavour is full-bodied and the sherry flavour remains with vanilla, toffee and vibrant liquorice notes also come through. Dry oak tannins are underlying throughout and add depth to the character of this rum.

Baked rolls and maramalade open up into juicy valencia orange notes. Orange opal fruits then follow more tangy yet silky orange notes. Super smooth kick with lashes of orange maramalade and smashed wheat with citrus zest on the finish. Dramatic vodka. Serious flavours on show here.Very well made vodka.

Award-winning additive-free tequila from Arenal, just outside of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. Crafted using only the finest 100% Blue Weber agave pinas, harvested at full maturity of eight years and cooked in brick ovens to honour the most traditional and purest way of making tequila. Tico blanco is rested for one-month to stabilise the flavour and give it its’ signature smooth, balanced finish. Cooked agave, citrus and vegetal notes are prominent.
