For the LAGG Kilmory Edition we have used Concerto malted barley and water from our own borehole. Our chosen yeast and fermentation time allows us to create the full-bodied flavour with a vibrant and fresh taste profile which is the cornerstone of what LAGG Single malt has to offer into the future. The influence of the peat combined with the vanilla and creamy influence of the american oak forms the backbone of the go-to LAGG Single Malt. It can be said that the Kilmory expression embodies the 'house style of LAGG' which centres around the use of Bourbon Barrels with our peated spirit. From Boondocks, in Bardstown Kentucky, comes this exceptional straight rye whiskey. It’s been made according to the laws passed in the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, which means 50% ABV, four years aging, and that it’s been made entirely at a single distillery, in a single season.

Boondocks 6 Year Old is a straight bourbon whiskey, aged in port barrels. It has flavours of vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit, cinnamon and nuttiness and comes at a strength of 45% ABV. This is a rich and easy to sip bourbon of delightful sweetness.

A bottle of Calvados containing a 'captive apple'. Each carafe is suspended from the branches of apple trees in the springtime before the first apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with the apple captive inside. The bottles are then filled with young Calvados at 70% which allows the apples to settle down and stabilise before they are refilled with Calvados. The apples inside the bottles then gently macerates inside the Calvados filled bottles. The visually-attractive bottles make excellent gifts. Best consumed as a digestif and enjoyed at room temperature.
