Dunville's 12 Year Old has ben aged in Pedro-Ximenez casks and bottled at Echlinville Distillery. It is non-chill filtered to retain its full flavour and character. The result is a sweet and lightly spicy whiskey with notes of bubblegum, custard and green apples.

Remus Straight Bourbon is produced at Indiana's Ross & Squibb distillery, and named after famed 'King of the Bootleggers', prohibition hero George Remus. This bourbon spent between five and six years maturing in charred American white oak barrels before being bottled at a satisfying 47% ABV. With sweet layers of maple and vanilla, supported by elegant helpings of rye, it's a solid sipper and would make a great choice for classic cocktails.

Michters single barrel release of their rye. Filling their barrels at just above 50% ABV rather than at a much higher industry standard, turns Michters into a smoother, more full-bodied whisky. This release was bottled at 55.1% ABV as Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey.

An exciting expression from Nomad, this whisky has been on a journey! Firstly, a selection of previously matured malt and grain whiskies were blended and matured in Scotland. Next up, the blend was shipped over to Jerez, home of legendary sherry producer Gonzalez Byass, where it was filled into two types of sherry cask – Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso. This Reserve expression is matured for a decade in total, it's a splendid sipper, and should be rather exciting indeed for fans of well-sherried whiskies.

A vibrant, fruity new make grain spirit from Monkey Shoulder, Fresh Monkey is a combination of unaged grain and single malt spirit that were blended and bottled fresh off the still for a bold and well-balanced character.
