Established around 1740, Booth’s is the original cask-aged gin. The Booth family founded the first distillery in London, located in Clerkenwell. Famed for its trademark red lion and hexagonal bottle, Booth’s is one of the oldest gin brands on the planet, and it warrants inclusion in any serious collection. Using a centuries-old recipe, Booth’s Finest Old Dry Gin is crafted with the world’s finest botanicals and is matured in exquisite Sherry casks. This oak ageing imparts that wonderful golden colour, subtle Sherry nuances and an unrivalled mellowness. Expect crunchy juniper, rosemary and grapefruit notes alongside creamy oak, chamomile tea, golden sultanas and spices.
