Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey comes from J. Arthur Rackham. An individual who has spent more than 5 decades working in the alcohol industry. Leaning on what’s described as purity and flavor nuances, all barrels chosen for Daddy Rack are aged for a minimum of three years, then blended by Rackham to produce a smooth yet cask strength Tennessee whiskey. Daddy Rack’s whiskey is made with Grade 1 locally-farmed corn, sour mash fermentation and lightly rectified copper double distillation. It is also filtered using Lincoln County maple charcoal slow filtration before aging in new American oak barrels.

Crafted in limited quantities, Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey is meticulously produced with a commitment to local sourcing. The distillery collaborates closely with farmers within a 50-mile radius, using their corn as a foundation for the whiskey's character. This fine blend combines 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley, which are then processed through a 72-hour sour mash. The brainchild of J. Arthur Rackham, a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in Cognac, Armagnac, and Calvados, Daddy Rack Whiskey reflects his lifelong aspiration to create a whiskey that stays true to traditional values. Much-loved heavy metal band Slipknot has teamed up with Cedar Ridge Distillery to created Slipknot No.9 Whiskey!
