SW4 GIN, 70cl
Clapham’s finest gin, SW4 is proud of it heritage and offers a classic London dry gin flavour. Twelve botanicals are combined to create the flavours and it’s the musky aroma of angelica root which is first released, with mushroom undertones. On tasting, juniper is rich and florid and the palate is generally dry with strong bitter and spicy notes. Albert Bichot Brouilly , 75cl
Located in the southern Beaujolais, Brouilly is one of the most well-known and geographically widespread vineyards in the region. The vines here flourish on a steep slope composed of diverse types of soil and rock, but which are predominantly pink granite ("gohr") based.
TASTING
This Brouilly Roche Rose has subtle aromas of wild cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry with a hint of spice. The palate is refreshing and fleshy with supple, well-integrated tannins, leading onto the finish with it is fresh and lasting Gamay fruit style

The Botanist Gin , 70cl
An exciting and unusual gin from Islay whisky distillery Bruichladdich, The Botanist is made in a Lomond still christened Ugly Betty and contains no fewer than 31 botanicals, of which 22 are native to the Southern Hebridean island itself. The latter include the likes of mugwort, meadowsweet and the enigmatic Lady's Bedstraw flowers, and the resultant dry gin is described, perhaps unsurprisingly, as 'floral'.
