Made using hand-harvested, hand-selected Agave, this reposado Tequila has rested in Oak barrels for over 1 year prior to release.

ROKU is Japanese for six, named after the six natural Japanese botanicals that Roku is made with, which take you on a tour of the Japanese seasons. Spring is represented by both Sakura (cherry blossom) flowers & leaves, Natsu (Japan's Summer) provides the Sencha & Gyokuro (two types of green tea), Autumn brings the Japanese pepper and Winter, the Yuzu. The eclectic mix of botanicals results in a spirit with rich character. Notes of cherry blossom are quickly followed by green tea, smokey leaves and a light bitter finish. Unusual and unexpected, this is a must-try for any gin lover, adn the Japanese rice paper label makes it a classy and smart addition to the gin shelf.

Over 500 years old and true to its original recipe, Benedictine has a nose fresh in spice and fresh fruit, prune and orange alongside liquorice and cloves. When tasting you’ll enjoy the spice of the cloves alongside aromatic liquorice and a little fruity warmth. It’s surprisingly sweet and simply divine after dinner.

One of the most famous triple sec style liqueurs around Cointreau is the first choice ingredient for many citrus cocktails and the recipe has been perfected to the point where it’s simply a must buy for many. On the nose is fresh and tangy, orange oils coming through thick and fast and unlike other bitter-led triple sec style liqueurs Cointreau is intensely sweet leading into a dry finish. Nutmeg and lemon come through in the finish too.

A premium Amaretto which doesn’t disappoint, Saliza Amaretto manages to balance a light body with an intense flavour. It’s rich with sweet marzipan and uses refined almond distillate to create its exceptional flavour. The nose is rich with those almonds alongside toffee and zesty orange peel and on the palate it really is the fresh flavour of almonds that sings, with the sweet marzipan rounding the flavour beautifully.
