Crisp, fruity, its taste is reminiscent of the fragrance of a fruit cocktail made with apples. This particular fruity sparkling wine is the result of natural fermentation in autoclaves.
The wine has a luminous colour with attractive pink glints. The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry) leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche). The fresh attack is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfected balanced in the best Veuve Clicquot style of pink champagnes, combining elegance and flair. The wine works its magic. This delectably full champagne can be enjoyed as a true delicacy.
A champagne house is judged primarily on the quality of its Brut non-vintage, which, more than any other wine reveals its art of assemblage. Powerful and complex, the Brut Yellow ensures continuity of the House style and offers an "aromatic" rare brand remembered for long.

Champagne is the king of sparkling wines and must be made in the Champagne region of France to be considered champagne. Champagne is produced using the black pinot noir and pinot meunier grapes and the white chardonnay grape. Sparkling wines made outside of the region of Champagne are simply known as sparkling wine and include Italy’s prosecco and moscato d’asti, cava from Spain, cremant from other regions of France and a vast array of other fantastic sparkling wines from Australia, New Zealand and America among other producers. The bubbles in sparkling wines are formed during a second fermentation period when sugar and yeast are added to a still wine.
