Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey comes from J. Arthur Rackham. An individual who has spent more than 5 decades working in the alcohol industry. Leaning on what’s described as purity and flavor nuances, all barrels chosen for Daddy Rack are aged for a minimum of three years, then blended by Rackham to produce a smooth yet cask strength Tennessee whiskey. Daddy Rack’s whiskey is made with Grade 1 locally-farmed corn, sour mash fermentation and lightly rectified copper double distillation. It is also filtered using Lincoln County maple charcoal slow filtration before aging in new American oak barrels.

Much-loved heavy metal band Slipknot has teamed up with Cedar Ridge Distillery to created Slipknot No.9 Whiskey! Blended by Slipknot's very own Shawn "Clown" Crahan (he can be seen sporting a clown mask when performing, hence the name), the whiskey features Iowa corn as well as a helping of rye, which brings a kick of spice to the fore. Both Slipknot and Cedar Ridge hail from Iowa, and judging by the whiskey they've made together, they seem like a fantastic fit. With that in mind, stick on Slipknot's Iowa album, pour yourself a glass of this and enjoy!

Sacred Spirits take English Whiskey from bourbon barrels and recask them in London for further maturation (finishing) and flavour development in sherry hogsheads - old Pedro Ximenez casks from Bodegas Navarro in Montilla, Spain. Gerrys Pick Single Barrel Sazerac ,750ml

Very exciting stuff here, folks! This is the first single malt whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery (as well as being the first single malt whisky ever distilled in the Cotswold countryside!). A much-anticipated release, which has been produced using barley grown in the Cotswolds, distilled in their Forsyths copper pot stills (Mary & Janis) and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and red wine casks. We've been eagerly awaiting this whisky, and we know plenty of you have been too!

An unpeated whisky from Paul John Distillers, released in early 2013 to much acclaim. It's made using barley from the foothills of the Himalayas and is distilled and matured in Goa, producing a fruity spirit with a creamy texture.

The palate offers notes of honey, vanilla cream, roasted pecans, sandalwood and leather that linger in the finish.

This is the first Texan whiskey, as well as being the first whiskey to be distilled from blue corn! When we first tried this we thought it was wonderful, though very "different". These days it's become a firm favourite, along with the rest of the craft distillery's fantastic releases.

Copper pot distilled 100% Mexican corn whisky

Another small-batch blend of fine rye whiskies distilled in a small copper pot still, this is a characterful, robust, smoky whisky with a pleasingly sweet palate.

Made in accordance with the Invicta Whisky Charter® Masthouse Whisky is a rare single estate whisky which is natural, unfiltered and strikes the perfect balance of rich complexity and approachability. Masthouse Whisky Single Malt - Pot Distilled is made with specially grown Kentish grain, and is a beguiling spirit inspired by the ancient craft of ship mast-making at Chatham's Royal Dockyard, where it is distilled.

English Whiskey, aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks, blended with orange peels, distilled star anise and cubeb for a rich and smooth whisky liqueur. A fabulous no-age statement single malt from Paul John over in India! This one has been dubbed Nirvana, and while it'll suit any whisky lover, it was created with those who are only just beginning to drink whisky in mind. Indian barley and charred American oak casks work in harmony here, with lots of barley sugar and honeyed notes to enjoy.

An oaky, spicy bourbon, Horse With No Name is made with a combination of yellow dent Texas corn, soft red winter wheat and six-row distiller’s malt, and then blended with habanero chilli distillate to give it a fruity note.

All the way from Melbourne, Australia comes Starward Left-Field, a fab single malt whisky that was designed to be enjoy... Well, however you fancy enjoying it! A rounded and flavoursome expression, having matured in Australian red wine barrels, Left-Field shows off generous helpings of dried fruit, maple syrup, and baking spice notes. Enjoy neat, with a mixer, splash it in a cocktail – it's a versatile whisky suitable for all sorts of serves!

Jim Murray describes this as oily with a sweet and spicy flavour. Mellow Corn is distilled at the Heaven Hill distillery.

Howler Head brings together Kentucky bourbon and natural banana flavour to create a fab tipple that'll be excellent sipped neat or over ice. All those familiar bourbon flavours – caramel, honey, baking spices, and the like – pair wonderfully with the estery deliciousness of banana, so no surprises there. Howler Head will also do well in fruit-forward twists on classic cocktails, like the Old Fashioned or the Manhattan... Nose: Huge helpings of vanilla and banana fritter, followed by a whiff of cinnamon, with a touch of cask char developing. Palate: Ripe banana esters with a hint of banana pancake too, backed up by brown sugar, peppercorn, and toffee. Finish: Banana chips with a drizzle of honey, and a final hint of oak spiciness.

A vibrant, fruity new make grain spirit from Monkey Shoulder, Fresh Monkey is a combination of unaged grain and single malt spirit that were blended and bottled fresh off the still for a bold and well-balanced character. Aromas of fresh pears, tropical fruits, vanilla, sweet malt and boiled sweets fill the nose, complemented by notes of pink bubble gum, pineapple, mango, pear, malt and bonfire embers throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

Rich, flavoursome Bourbon packed with notes of vanilla, brown sugar, sweet spices and rich oak. Mellow and easy to drink- either on it's own or in a variety of mixed drinks.
