A vibrant, fruity new make grain spirit from Monkey Shoulder, Fresh Monkey is a combination of unaged grain and single malt spirit that were blended and bottled fresh off the still for a bold and well-balanced character. Aromas of fresh pears, tropical fruits, vanilla, sweet malt and boiled sweets fill the nose, complemented by notes of pink bubble gum, pineapple, mango, pear, malt and bonfire embers throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

An American rye whiskey coming from a partnership between Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Dr Bill Lumsden, paying tribute to the icon's great-grandfather Davis Hogue and his personal history of distilling in Texas. With a mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, SirDavis American whisky is finished, blended and bottled in Texas.

Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey comes from J. Arthur Rackham. An individual who has spent more than 5 decades working in the alcohol industry. Leaning on what’s described as purity and flavor nuances, all barrels chosen for Daddy Rack are aged for a minimum of three years, then blended by Rackham to produce a smooth yet cask strength Tennessee whiskey. Daddy Rack’s whiskey is made with Grade 1 locally-farmed corn, sour mash fermentation and lightly rectified copper double distillation. It is also filtered using Lincoln County maple charcoal slow filtration before aging in new American oak barrels.

A bold, flavour-forward Texan pot still bourbon from Balcones, matured in charred oak casks, creating aromas of honeycrisp apples, toasted oak, popcorn, savoury crackers and well-oiled leather that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of honey, vanilla cream, roasted pecans, sandalwood and leather that linger in the finish.

This is the first Texan whiskey, as well as being the first whiskey to be distilled from blue corn! When we first tried this we thought it was wonderful, though very "different". These days it's become a firm favourite, along with the rest of the craft distillery's fantastic releases.

Uncle Nearest 1856 is a blend of our premium aged whiskey. It has a caramel colour with a beautiful deep golden hue. On the nose, baled hay and pumpkin seeds with subtle notes of ripe stone fruit and caramel corn. Bold and spicy upfront then mellows with sweet caramel and maple, like biting into an oatmeal raisin cookie. The finish is long and rich. It lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla after the spice dissipates. Howler Head brings together Kentucky bourbon and natural banana flavour to create a fab tipple that'll be excellent sipped neat or over ice.
