A 2010-vintage Venezuelan rum from Plantation that was first matured for eight years in ex-bourbon barrels in Destiloeria Sofa's cellars. The barrels then made the sea voyage to Javrezac, in France's Charente region, where the rum spent a further four years in Ferrand French oak casks.
