The distillers who brought us Hendrick’s beloved cucumber and rose gin have hit on another great innovation: quininated gin. By infusing their spirit with quinine and wormwood, Hendrick’s have created an complex and intriguing drink that pays homage to what is often mixed with gin: tonic and vermouth. The quinine and wormwood flavours are rounded out by blue lotus blossom, which adds bright floral notes to the mix.

English Whiskey, aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks, blended with orange peels, distilled star anise and cubeb for a rich and smooth whisky liqueur. Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin is produced at the Southwestern Distillery. Made with botanicals from around the world, including handpicked Devon violets. For a very Cornish Martini, add five parts gin with one part dry vermouth and add a drop of Tarquin's Cornish Pastis.

The expert distillers at Bulleit offer us their sweet and fruity Rye offering, adding even more rye into the mix than their traditional bourbon. Bulleit Rye has a mashbill of 95% rye and just 5% malted barley and is produced in small batches, allowing the flavour to really bloom. The nose is awash with sweet cherries and classic vanilla and on the palate you’ll enjoy an intense heat that mellows into a mesh of peaches, cherries, cinnamon and orange zest. Our flagship Tarquin's Cornish Gin is first distilled in small batches, then post distillation we lovingly infuse with the most delicious rhubarb and raspberries we can lay our hands on, to give this special gin its beautiful blush. Tasting notes: Lemon sherbet, fresh raspberries and soft juniper on the nose. Rhubarb sorbet, crisp pine and Eastern spice on the palate. The Chateau Musar Arack is made from grape alcohol with an average age of five years. It is distilled four times with the addition of Anis seeds during the 4th distillation.

A lip-smacking variation on the Tarquin’s Handcrafted Cornish Gin recipe, with a focus on blackberries! They combine the gin with the delicious British blackberries as well as a small helping of Cornish wildflower honey to impart a subtle mellow sweetness. Superb in a summer-y cocktail, or simply served over ice.

California Gin (44%) is a premium gin infused with 10 botanicals including deep intense citrus flavours from Valencian oranges to give a real taste of California, without the jet lag. It conjures up sunlit days in Orange Country, named after the rolling acres of Valencian orange groves, heavy with sweet juicy fruit ripening under a warm sun. The bottle is of course orange in colour, with sunlight rays emanating from the California lettering depicted in the middle.

Marrakech Gin(42.5%) is infused with bright citrus and fragrant Moroccan spices and inspired by the wonderful tastes and aromas of Marrakech. Intense and full of fresh fruit flavours, Tosolini Moscato Grappa utilises Muscat grapes to deliver a smooth and aromatic flavour. Tosolini Moscato Grappa releases a bouquet of stunning aromas, most prominently tangy grape. The intense flavour of the grapes is closely followed and complimented by notes of fresh blossom, menthol mint and floral honeysuckle. A wonderful after dinner drink, perfectly paired with a range of indulgent desserts, the fresh tang of the grapes is what lingers longest.

Nutty Sri Lankan arrack is a distinctively flavoured drink which utilises the flavours of some of the country’s most naturally occurring plants. The sap of the coconut flower stem forms the key ingredient of the drink and is combined with a range of hand-picked botanicals and distilled in a traditional column still. The result is a flavour which is reminiscent of diluted whisky with recognisable nutty and malted notes and the added fruitiness of dried strawberry. A truly unique flavour.

Amelia is a 2-year-old Agricole rum aged in ex Porto barrels. The aged rum is then infused with “Tahitensis” vanilla grown on the estate as well estate produce sugar cane syrup for about 2 months to create an exceptional spirit.
