Dewar’s 12 Year Old blend is a vibrant, juicy offering which is rich in fruity flavours and warmth. The nose is a heady concoction of fruit and creamy malted notes. There is a sweetness in the nose that follows through into the flavour with the barley malts taking centre stage and aromas of hot buttered toast also coming through. With a bottle design reminiscent of those kept by captains in the 19th century and an instruction from the makers not to even consider mixing it with anything but ice, Pyrat XO is a genuine premium rum. Combining rums aged for as many as fifteen years, Pyrat XO is sweet and viscous on the palate, offering comforting marmalade sweetness. The orange flavour is tempered by sweeter, sugary notes and a medicinal edge reminiscent of cough drops. A truly exceptional rum which should be sipped at leisure.

Our base rum is a blend from the Caribbean's most renowned distilleries. In Wales the base is infused with Bara Brith and distilled in a copper pot still with fruits and spices for sweetness, Shirgar Carmarthenshire butter for smoothness and Glengettie black tea for an unusually dry finish. The distillers who brought us Hendrick’s beloved cucumber and rose gin have hit on another great innovation: quininated gin. By infusing their spirit with quinine and wormwood, Hendrick’s have created an complex and intriguing drink that pays homage to what is often mixed with gin: tonic and vermouth. The quinine and wormwood flavours are rounded out by blue lotus blossom, which adds bright floral notes to the mix.

Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin is produced at the Southwestern Distillery. Made with botanicals from around the world, including handpicked Devon violets. For a very Cornish Martini, add five parts gin with one part dry vermouth and add a drop of Tarquin's Cornish Pastis.

English Whiskey, aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks, blended with orange peels, distilled star anise and cubeb for a rich and smooth whisky liqueur. Drink on the rocks for our take on the Old Fashioned, with our English Dry Vermouth for our signature Dartmouth Park, or with our Peated English Whisky for a classic Rusty Nail.

The expert distillers at Bulleit offer us their sweet and fruity Rye offering, adding even more rye into the mix than their traditional bourbon. Bulleit Rye has a mashbill of 95% rye and just 5% malted barley and is produced in small batches, allowing the flavour to really bloom. The nose is awash with sweet cherries and classic vanilla and on the palate you’ll enjoy an intense heat that mellows into a mesh of peaches, cherries, cinnamon and orange zest. A smoky finish is just what’s needed to show a bourbon of true class.

Tapatio Anejo is a gorgeously smooth and drinkable tequila which simply begs to be tasted. Truly authentic and handmade, Tapatio Anejo spends 18 months ageing before we can get our hands on it. The flavour is worth the wait as its packed full of spiciness and a welcome herbaceous depth which supports the key flavour of roasted agave. Team it simply with ice or with lime or add it to a classic tequila cocktail.

California Gin (44%) is a premium gin infused with 10 botanicals including deep intense citrus flavours from Valencian oranges to give a real taste of California, without the jet lag. It conjures up sunlit days in Orange Country, named after the rolling acres of Valencian orange groves, heavy with sweet juicy fruit ripening under a warm sun. The bottle is of course orange in colour, with sunlight rays emanating from the California lettering depicted in the middle.

The Classic Miahuatlán Expression. El Espadín hits with aromas of buttered barbecued corn and earthy ancho chilies. The palate brings rosemary, chamomile and a honeyed sweetness backed by chewy tobacco smoke. Killer in negronis and margs - even better on its own.

The Chateau Musar Arack is made from grape alcohol with an average age of five years. It is distilled four times with the addition of Anis seeds during the 4th distillation.

Intense and full of fresh fruit flavours, Tosolini Moscato Grappa utilises Muscat grapes to deliver a smooth and aromatic flavour. Tosolini Moscato Grappa releases a bouquet of stunning aromas, most prominently tangy grape. The intense flavour of the grapes is closely followed and complimented by notes of fresh blossom, menthol mint and floral honeysuckle. A wonderful after dinner drink, perfectly paired with a range of indulgent desserts, the fresh tang of the grapes is what lingers longest.

Nutty Sri Lankan arrack is a distinctively flavoured drink which utilises the flavours of some of the country’s most naturally occurring plants. The sap of the coconut flower stem forms the key ingredient of the drink and is combined with a range of hand-picked botanicals and distilled in a traditional column still. The result is a flavour which is reminiscent of diluted whisky with recognisable nutty and malted notes and the added fruitiness of dried strawberry. A truly unique flavour.

Amelia is a 2-year-old Agricole rum aged in ex Porto barrels. The aged rum is then infused with “Tahitensis” vanilla grown on the estate as well estate produce sugar cane syrup for about 2 months to create an exceptional spirit. Tomintoul is a young and enjoyable single malt, with just 10 years spent maturing. Known as the gentle dram, Tomintoul has been crafted and matured in bourbon casks delivering a flavour which is clean yet creamy and well-balanced. On the nose you’ll get toffee-laced citrus with a light hint of raisin and on tasting the palate is truly clean, with sweetness balanced gently with oak spice. The spicy notes linger into the finish, providing a peppy end note.

An exciting and unusual gin from Islay whisky distillery Bruichladdich, The Botanist is made in a Lomond still christened Ugly Betty and contains no fewer than 31 botanicals, of which 22 are native to the Southern Hebridean island itself. The latter include the likes of mugwort, meadowsweet and the enigmatic Lady's Bedstraw flowers, and the resultant dry gin is described, perhaps unsurprisingly, as 'floral'.

El Rayo Tequila pays homage to the legend that lightning struck an agave plant, cooking it and creating the first ever Tequila. This particular expression is not made with lightning, but with 105 year old copper stills, which distil the agave twice before its bottled up. Very handsome bottles too, mind.

The Lakes Gin is our classic English gin with vibrant notes of juniper, cracked black pepper and orange peel. We elevate flavour by using only a select few botanicals, gently infusing them in the finest British wheat spirit, distilling in our traditional copper pot still and only drawing the purest water from our Lake District National Park home in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. By steeping the botanicals overnight like loose-leaf tea, they interact freely with the warm spirit to encourage the essential oils to release more slowly, protecting their delicate nature. The traditional copper pot still then runs slow and long to extract the maximum amount of flavour.

From the pristine lagoons to the lush jungles, Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands and beautiful they are too! This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. First aged in this tropical climate in bourbon casks, the rum is then sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak casks. This double ageing method paired with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisin.

Cask Islay is a small batch release from A.D. Rattray from an undisclosed distillery on the island. A whisky that will entice both Islay fans and be a great place for neophytes to start. Colour Golden Islay sunset. Nose Warm & fiery, roasting peat kiln, some citrus notes after the smoke. Palate Oily, burnt toffee, juicy barley and rich peat smoke. Conclusion Lively, peaty and full of flavour.

Launched to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Pampero, Anniversario rum is produced for Venezuelan molasses and matured in pungent ex-bourbon cask. As you open up the short, squat bottle you’ll enjoy treacle rich aromas with festive spice notes. The flavour is welcomingly sweet but rounded and spicy oak notes sit comfortably alongside dried fruit and nutmegs. Gingerbread coffee spice carries the drink through to the end with a satisfyingly warm finish.

Luxurious offering from Poland. Medium bodied with faint vanila any crushed grains. The finish is of a reasonable length with butter and nutty cream notes that fade into lemon zest.
