Very exciting stuff here, folks! This is the first single malt whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery (as well as being the first single malt whisky ever distilled in the Cotswold countryside!). A much-anticipated release, which has been produced using barley grown in the Cotswolds, distilled in their Forsyths copper pot stills (Mary & Janis) and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and red wine casks. We've been eagerly awaiting this whisky, and we know plenty of you have been too!

Matured for 12 years, Cragganmore is a delicious, sherry-infused single malt representing Speyside and offering up both fruity warmth and slight floral notes. As you open the bottom it’s those floral notes that come first, closely followed by heather, smoked almonds and honey. Stone fruits dominate from your first sip, with a rich honey depth, chestnuts, walnuts and almonds enhancing the flavour even further. Delicate pepper spice brings each sip to a close in understated yet delectable style.

One of the three official Craigellachie bottlings released in 2014, their 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky handsomely shows off the bold, robust character of the distillery's output. Oodles of dynamic fruit notes with a distinctive current of smoke running through the middle. Single malt Craigellachie hasn't been seen much outside of indie bottlings recently, so this is an ace return to our glasses from the distillery!

Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey comes from J. Arthur Rackham. An individual who has spent more than 5 decades working in the alcohol industry. Leaning on what’s described as purity and flavor nuances, all barrels chosen for Daddy Rack are aged for a minimum of three years, then blended by Rackham to produce a smooth yet cask strength Tennessee whiskey. Daddy Rack’s whiskey is made with Grade 1 locally-farmed corn, sour mash fermentation and lightly rectified copper double distillation. It is also filtered using Lincoln County maple charcoal slow filtration before aging in new American oak barrels.

Crafted in limited quantities, Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey is meticulously produced with a commitment to local sourcing. The distillery collaborates closely with farmers within a 50-mile radius, using their corn as a foundation for the whiskey's character. This fine blend combines 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley, which are then processed through a 72-hour sour mash. The brainchild of J. Arthur Rackham, a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in Cognac, Armagnac, and Calvados, Daddy Rack Whiskey reflects his lifelong aspiration to create a whiskey that stays true to traditional values. Six different types of wooden cask are involved in the making of this exception King Alexander III offering from The Dalmore. With influences from Madiera, Marsala, Kentucky bourbon, wine, port and sherry casks, this truly is a complexly developed malt that stands out. Seville orange zest comes through on the nose, with strong vinous notes, creamy vanilla fudge and tropical fruit. A rounded palate and a refreshing taste.

A highly commended malt which offers wonderful value for money and exceptional flavour, this 15 year old Dalwhinnie lets its simple yet effective flavour notes do the talking. On the nose it’s all about aromatic toffee, sweet nectarine, apple blossom and just the slightest touch of smoke. Four Roses is an exclusive small batch bourbon that offer a distinct and sweet flavour with strong notes of molasses and cinnamon.
