The perfect fruit and wood blend, which enhances its aromatic intensity. Composed exclusively with Tempranillo from vines 15 years old, fermented at 23 ° C. Aged for five months in oak barrels ripened in the bottle a minimum of five months.
The grapes were harvested by hand and placed into small cases of 12 Kg for careful transport to the winery where they undergo a cold pre‐fermentation maceration for 48 h followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28º C and back‐fermentation. They then undergo lees maceration for 18 ‐ 20 days followed by racking and tasting.

Critic tasting note: Still a medium hued crimson colour, no whole bunches here, nine months in older French oak. Spicier than the previous wines, a little meatier in terms of its aromas.
