After ageing in oak barrels of different sizes for at least 2 years it refines in the bottle for 5 to 6 months. It is most appreciated for its intense ruby red colour with slight garnet reflections, it is persistent in the nose with hints of durmast, elegant and austere in the mouth.

Spring water clear and aromatically fruity, Tosolini Cividina Grappa is robust and awash with the fresh flavour of grapes. Distilled in Northern Italy in traditional copper stills, there is a Slavic and Austrian influence due to the region of the distillery. With sweet brandy undertones mixed with the pomace of the grapes, Tosolini Cividana Grappa has a mellow flavour which marries wonderfully with aromatic notes and the sweetness of grapes throughout.
One of the younger offerings from El Dorado, this blend made of rums of a minimum of 8 years old is sweetly spicy and thick with molasses and toffee flavours. There’s a festive feel to this rum, with Christmas cake spices working together to create a strong and enjoyable flavour. Honeyed vanilla, toffee and butterscotch are rich on the palate with syrupy orange marmalade coming through too, creating a rich and enjoyable rum which is perfect when enjoyed neat or with mixers.
