Our multi award-winning signature blend, Four Island, is a union of world-class single estate rums made from two different base ingredients, molasses and fresh sugar cane juice. We’ve married three wonderful barrel-aged rums – an eight-year-old rum from the legendary Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, a five-year-old from the Dominican Republic and a two-year-old pot still rum from a multi-award-winning estate in Jamaica. The result is a core blend that's classically Caribbean: fruity and aromatic with juicy notes of tropical fruit, combined with the warm smokiness that comes from those years spent in lightly charred barrels previously used for maturing bourbon. We’ve then added the x-factor - a ’punch’ of authentic unaged Rhum Agricole from Guadeloupe - to bring a vibrant and grassy freshness to the blend. From the pristine lagoons to the lush jungles, Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands and beautiful they are too! This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. First aged in this tropical climate in bourbon casks, the rum is then sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak casks. This double ageing method paired with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisin.

Launched to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Pampero, Anniversario rum is produced for Venezuelan molasses and matured in pungent ex-bourbon cask. Rhum Clement was founded by Homere Clement in 1887 in Martinique, a small Caribbean island which has a unique terrior and the perfect tropical climate and humidity for producing rhum. It is the only French Caribbean island to have an AOC appellation, which they recieved in 1996.

The Lovers Rum is a vibrant blend of Latin American and Caribbean rums, created by the brilliant team of ex-Bacardi ambassador David Cordoba and beverage specialist Arijit Bose! It was made to be the perfect rum in a Daiquiri, and with its oodles of tropical fruit flavours, we'd absolutely have to agree... Heaps of tropical fruit here, with pineapple and passion fruit at the helm, a dusting of cinnamon, brown sugar and pink peppercorn. Hints of oak and zesty citrus appear.

Bumbu Rum is based on a recipe dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries, used by pirates and merchants as a better-tasting alternative to the grog the Royal Navy served its men. This modern interpretation takes sugarcane from eight Caribbean countries before distilling at the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados. The rum is matured in former bourbon casks for up to fifteen years and blended with all natural native Caribbean spices and pure Bajan water filtered through the coral limestone rocks of the island. No artificial flavours or colours are added. On the nose, aromas of banana are prominent, with cinnamon and vanilla sweetness. To taste, the mature rum and natural spices bring a rich complexity. Sweet and smooth, a big hit of vanilla is followed by orange peel, banana and mango. A very special golden rum from one of Central America's most celebrated producers, Flor de Cana from Nicaragua. These rums keep getting better and better.

La Hachichera is a bewitching rum which draws you in with its intense and spicy aroma. Taking its name from the Spanish word for enchantress a dried fruit and spicy aroma is paired with subtle vanilla, cacao and menthol. This Colombian rum takes you on a journey from bitter to sweet with bitter chocolate notes leading to warm spiced cinnamon, coffee and rounded vanilla. The bitterness blends beautifully into the sweet to offer a balance worthy of much appreciation.

Trois Rivieres hides a lot of flavour in its crystal clear body. Punchy and awash with tangy notes, it is still smooth and is a great alternative choice for your classic Mojito or Daiquiri. Fresh peaches, plums and pears come through in the nose and its high ABV means once you sip you get the full depth of flavour in a single sucker punch. Despite its punchiness there is elegance to this rum and citrus and grassy notes come through to support the strength.

Angostura 1919 is an 8 year old offering from the famous Trinidadian distillery that benefits from oaky tones delivered through the ex-bourbon casks it’s matured in. Toasted coconut and rich vanilla are released from first opening and the taste is zesty with notes of exotic cumquat, dark sugar and faint herbal notes of eucalyptus and almond. The citrus flavours are the most prominent from beginning to end and give Angostura 1919 a refreshing twist.

Brugal 1888 was launched in 1988 to celebrate the company’s centenary and benefits from aging in ex-whisky barrels for 14 to 16 years. A portion of the blend is also aged in sherry butts and the aroma evidences this sweet sherry scent. The flavour is full-bodied and the sherry flavour remains with vanilla, toffee and vibrant liquorice notes also come through. Dry oak tannins are underlying throughout and add depth to the character of this rum.

Eleven years is ancient for rum, and we're dying to try this Santiago de Cuba Anejo Superior. An aged reserve from one of the best Cuban brands is always a good thing. p>

5 year old rum made exclusively using Fair Trade certified sugar cane from Belize and matured in Kentucky bourbon barrels before being shipped out to France to be bottled. Made by FAIR., whom created the world's first line of premium Fair Trade spirits and known for their FAIR. Vodka and liqueurs.

Released in the UK in 2014, the Mount Gay Black Barrel rum is made from single column and double pot distilled rum, though using a higher proportion of double pot distillates than their other expressions. It is also finished in heavily charred bourbon barrels before being bottled.

Recognisable from the Blue Hyacinth Macaw on its bottle, Doorly’s fine Old Barbados Rum is an extra special creation. Doorly’s XO is a sweet concoction of heady aromas and enticing flavours including notes of Oloroso Sherry thanks to the casks the spirit is matured in. Oak spices are prevalent in the flavour and support the sweet vanilla and marzipan notes which deliver a tart spiciness which is enjoyable again and again. A lingering and enjoyable smokiness on the palate is again thanks to the oak maturation process.

A 12 year old dark rum from Ron Abuelo of Panama. They age their rum in whiskey barrels, which adds a distinct vanilla sweetness. This 12 year old was launched in 2009, and is elegant, slightly smoky and rich. It was awarded a Gold at the 2009 Ministry of Rum Tasting Competition.

100% Jamaican spiced rum, infused with delicious natural spices and aged in oak and sherry casks. Nose: Rich and complex with pastry notes of vanilla, coffee beans, dark chocolate and coconut. Palate: Opening with sweet caramel, soft spices and raisins, then allspice and delicate oak tannins developing with each sip. Finish: Hot and sweet at the same time with poppy seed pie, dark cherry, prune, coconut and fresh notes of mint, ginger and cloves.

Ron Matusalem went and sourced some wine casks for this limited edition release! The rum is charcoal filtered and matured in a solera system, before it's finished in casks which previously held Tempranillo wine. The tropical notes from the rum work wonderfully with the spicier notes from the wine cask, with just 8,000 bottles released. Rather snazzy bottle there, too.

This rum comes from the much celebrated Worthy Park Estate in Jamaica. Full bodied and rich with flavours of ginger, tropical fruit, oak and spice.

Pusser's 'Gunpowder Proof' Black Label (previously known as Blue Label) is a higher proof traditional British Naval rum, produced using the blending recipe from the Admiralty. Well loved, it picked up a Trophy at the International Spirits Challenge 2016.

An 80:20 blend of pot still to column still rums is used to deliver the quality taste of Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva. Aged for up to 12 years this exclusive rum is a heady concoction with sandalwood and fresh leather aromas that lead to a deep and bitter flavour. The bitterness comes through in deep coffee notes but they are matched by sweet honey and plum flavours which add a lightness to this intense rum.
