A dark dark rum from St Lucia, made by blending together 3-year-old column-still rum and 6-year-old pot-still rum, all aged in ex-bourbon casks. It combines the fresher and more citrusy character of the younger rum, with rich, brown sugar notes, toffee and tobacco from the older. A well-rounded and easy drinking dark rum.

Hand selected ex bourbon barrels are filled with their superior rum from Bermuda and then loaded onto the M.V. Oleander, for a special year at sea to age. Travelling back and forth from Bermuda to the mid Atlantic, where the wild storms of the Gull Stream can magically appear. The result of its time at sea in these charred American white oak casks is an exquisitely elegant and complex rum with a lively, oaky nose. Don Q Gold is produced in Puerto Rico using a multiple distillation technique, and is allowed to age in American oak barrels before it's bottled. A good choice for sipping neat or splashing in a cocktail.

Dodo "Coconut" White Rum 1L Dodo "Coconut" rum is crafted from Mauritian molasses and column distiled. Following which it left to macerate with fresh coconut and a little sugar over a period of time for the flavours to aromas to blossom. Doorly’s 5yo is a blend of rich pot still and elegant column distilled rums which are aged for at least 5 years in ex-American whiskey casks. Soft and fruity with sweet vanilla and toasty oak, this is a versatile rum which is delicious served neat, but also great as a base for cocktails or mixing in long drinks- try with a dry ginger ale and a wedge of lime!

Eminente Reserva 7 Year Old is a particularly snazzy Cuban rum, made with 100% Cuban sugar cane. Bright and clean, but with plenty of complex and depth as it develops on the palate, with rich coffee and tobacco notes sitting alongside fruity cherry and floral wafts. Should do very well simply sipped neat, but we reckon it'll also make for a great Palmetto or Rum Old Fashioned...
