Originally distilled using natural Devonshire herbs and spices Shrub is sweet and subtly spiced, often teamed with stronger spirits and of course rum itself. Originally produced to remove the salty sea water taste from contaminated rum, Shrub has now come into its own as an enjoyable cocktail ingredient.
