Dodo "Coconut" White Rum 1L Dodo "Coconut" rum is crafted from Mauritian molasses and column distiled. Following which it left to macerate with fresh coconut and a little sugar over a period of time for the flavours to aromas to blossom. Light sweet coconut aromas on the nose which give way to a full round mellow coconut taste on the palate. Perfect for a pina colada, with frsh juice and sipping over ice.

An aged agricole rum from Damoiseau, the Millesime 2009 was produced in Guadeloupe and bottled after seven years of rest in American oak barrels. This is the 'raw' version of the 2009 vintage agricole, bottled at a warming 66.9% ABV.

WhistlePig is a fantastic brand of straight rye whisk(e)y which is distilled and initially matured in Canada before being aged further, at the WhistlePig Farm in Vermont. The Master Distiller for WhistlePig was Dave Pickerell, who was the Master Distiller for Maker's Mark for 14 years, Sadly now deceased. Their 10 year old straight rye is made with 100% rye and delivers a full-on flavour profile of clove, mint, barrel char, creamy caramels and butterscotch. Properly excellent stuff.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blend of Japanese malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Presented in the brand's trademark 24-faceted bottle representing the Japanese seasons, this is light, approachable and moreish with enticing notes of orange peel and white chocolate.
