A bold, flavour-forward Texan pot still bourbon from Balcones, matured in charred oak casks, creating aromas of honeycrisp apples, toasted oak, popcorn, savoury crackers and well-oiled leather that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of honey, vanilla cream, roasted pecans, sandalwood and leather that linger in the finish.

This is the first Texan whiskey, as well as being the first whiskey to be distilled from blue corn! When we first tried this we thought it was wonderful, though very "different". These days it's become a firm favourite, along with the rest of the craft distillery's fantastic releases.

WhistlePig is a fantastic brand of straight rye whisk(e)y which is distilled and initially matured in Canada before being aged further, at the WhistlePig Farm in Vermont. The Master Distiller for WhistlePig was Dave Pickerell, who was the Master Distiller for Maker's Mark for 14 years, Sadly now deceased. Their 10 year old straight rye is made with 100% rye and delivers a full-on flavour profile of clove, mint, barrel char, creamy caramels and butterscotch. Properly excellent stuff.

A vodka is distilled exclusively from British wheat.  Distilled ifour times, resulting in a very clean, crisp, and naturally sweet taste. The purity brings out herbaceous and citrusy notes which lends itself beautifully to vodka tonics, vodka lime sodas, or on the rocks! For every bottle sold, a tree is planted. On each bottle a unique code tells you what tree was planted where and a little about the planting project. From fruit trees in London to hazelnut trees in Suffolk, it’s the local communities who benefit from our planting projects. One tree can absorb up to 1.5 tonnes of carbon in its lifetime. Amelia is a 2-year-old Agricole rum aged in ex Porto barrels. A high-wheat content release from Woodford Reserve. This one is made with 52% wheat, 20% malted barley, 20% corn and 8% rye. Another fresh, tasty release from the popular distillery.

The Chateau Musar Arack is made from grape alcohol with an average age of five years. It is distilled four times with the addition of Anis seeds during the 4th distillation.
