A lovely drop here from Glencadam Distillery, made by treating its Highland single malt Scotch whisky to a finish in Pinot Noir Wine casks. The whisky was initially aged in bourbon barrels before it was given a second maturation in barrels sourced from the Burgundy region of France.

Here we have a sherried single malt whisky from Glencadam distillery. It was first matured in Bourbon barrels before being transferred to quality Pedro Ximénez casks. In the Highland distillery's dunnage warehouses, this rich and sweet PX sherry has added layers of dried fruit and baking spice to malt. It was bottled without chill-filtration or any additional colouring.

Glencadam single malt Scotch Whisky here that was treated to a finish in Merlot wine casks. Master distiller Robert Fleming married several select single malts aged in bourbon American oak casks from Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses and then finished them in Merlot wine barrels sourced from Bordeaux, France. It was bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and un-chill-filtered.

The Glencadam 25 year old is limited to 1,030 bottles, this is a rich and complex whisky with notes of tropical fruit, nuts, ginger and pepper - aptly named 'The Remarkable'. Nose Malt and leather, crushed nuts, resin, touch of acetone and citrus. Palate Nutty with starfruit, more citrus and red berries. Finish Honeyed oak and dark spices.

For Danes this drink needs no introduction, it’s one of their most famous and most loved. Gammel Dansk. Everything from its name to its production has a Dutch feel and it has an aromatised flavour which unique and stands out from other bitters on the market with deep nutmeg, ginger and laurel notes coming through from the first taste. A vibrant, fruity new make grain spirit from Monkey Shoulder, Fresh Monkey is a combination of unaged grain and single malt spirit that were blended and bottled fresh off the still for a bold and well-balanced character. Aromas of fresh pears, tropical fruits, vanilla, sweet malt and boiled sweets fill the nose, complemented by notes of pink bubble gum, pineapple, mango, pear, malt and bonfire embers throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

Recognisable from the Blue Hyacinth Macaw on its bottle, Doorly’s fine Old Barbados Rum is an extra special creation. Doorly’s XO is a sweet concoction of heady aromas and enticing flavours including notes of Oloroso Sherry thanks to the casks the spirit is matured in. Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is made in a small distillery in Yarra Valley, Australia. Everything the Four Pillars distillers make is based around their four pillars - the still, the water, the botanicals and love. It's sort of a bit like the four elements of hip hop. Pillar 1 - The Four Pillars copper-pot still is called Wilma. Pillar 2 - The water they use from Yarra Valley is triple filtered. Pillar 3 - They use some local botanicals (Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle), some exotic botanicals (cinnamon, cardamom, coriander seeds and star anise) and some classic botanicals (juniper, lavender, angelica root), as well as whole oranges to give Four Pillars Gin its flavour profile. Pillar 4 - The distillers love what they do and love what they have made. It all adds up to a vibrant Australian gin which stands out in cocktails, but tastes just superb neat.

One of the younger Flor de Caña offerings, this 7 year old rum is perfectly primed for mixing into all your favourite rum cocktails. Whether there’s a dark’n’stormy on the cards or you simply want the perfect complement to a fizzy Coke, Flor de Caña 7 Years will do the job. Prominent hazelnut and almond lead the flavour of this rum, with vanilla rounding it all off smoothly. Coffee and bitter chocolate notes are hinted at but remain in the background alongside light spiciness.

Well-rounded but not lacking in flavour, Flamboyant Vieux Rum is just begging to be sipped.
