Our long awaited 21 year-old has now joined our core range of Single Malt whiskies. This is truly the jewel in Arran Single Malt's crown and is 100% matured in a mix of some of the oldest Sherry Butts from our distillery. We are delighted to present it in a beautiful new gift box for autumn 2019 as part of our new range. This whisky is truly stunning. The nose immediately reveals delicious sweet Sherry notes whilst the palate has elegance and finesse. The first sip remains true to the character of Arran - fresh fruit and sweet spice in abundance. While Canadian whisky is often a showcase of different grains, Signal Hill focuses instead on casks. The distillery takes corn and malt spirit and ages them in three types of cask – ex-bourbon, ex-Canadian whisky and new oak. The three casks bring out different aspects of the whisky's character – vanilla and toffee notes, sweet grain and oaky spice respectively – creating a flavoursome and well-balanced whisky.

The creation of master blender Alex Thomas, The Sexton Single Malt Irish whiskey is made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. After, the liquid is aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks imparting a rich and fruity character. It comes in a rather eye-catching hexagonal bottle, too.

Jim Murray describes this as oily with a sweet and spicy flavour. Mellow Corn is distilled at the Heaven Hill distillery.

Basil, green apple and honey on the nose, on the palate there is grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint and thyme the finish is subtly sweet and a spicy finish with a hint of vanilla oak white pepper and ginger.

Named after Booker Noe, Jim Beam's grandson and former Master Distiller, Bookers Bourbon was first released in 1992 This small batch bourbon is aged between 6-8 years and bottled at cask strength, producing a full bodied, rich whiskey.

Thin Lizzy members Scott Gorham and Brian Downey, together with Philip Lynott’s family Caroline, Sarah and Cathleen immersed themselves over a 2 year period in a bold collaboration with West Cork Distillers to co-create an Irish Whiskey where craft and art combine. Committed and uncompromising in their approach, after many tastings they personally selected an unusual blend of grain and malt Irish Whiskies finished in double charred oak casks for their Thin Lizzy Irish Whiskey.

The blend of malt whiskies ­– one of which has been peated – is specifically designed to add a smoky twist to a range of classic Scotch whisky cocktails.

Tokinoka Black is a Japanese whisky that was created by Akito Ueda, master blender at the White Oak distillery. It was made with a blend of malt whisky (50%) and grain whisky (50%) before being in matured three different types of casks - ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and new oak barrels. This edition is bottled at 50% ABV

Jameson - Select Reserve - Black Barrel. Great whiskeys don't just happen by chance. Years of experience and consummate skill go into the precise selection of whiskeys used in Jameson Select Reserve. The Jameson Masters carefully select a high proportion of single Irish pot still whiskey and a rare small batch grain whiskey, all matured in flame-charred bourbon barrels and toasted sherry casks. The trademark Jameson notes of toasted wood and spice develop while the rich pot still whiskey matures in the dark, aromatic warehouses of our single distillery. The rare, sweet grain whiskey - not found in any other Jameson Whiskey - is triple distilled in small batch quantities on just one occasion each year. The result is an extremely rich and luxurious taste experience, combining spice and exotic fruits. We think you will agree it is a selection well made. Nose: Rich and full, developing into the succulent sweetness of exotic fruits like nectarines, apricot and papaya. Taste: A burst of flavours combine to produce a creamy, luscious taste experience. The special fruity sweetness from the grain remains consistent, while the waves of vanilla, toasted wood and spices roll through from the pot still whiskey and flame charred barrels. Finish: An incredibly long finish with fruit and wood spices lingering in perfect proportion, delivering an extremely rich and luxurious taste experience.

A much-anticipated release, which has been produced using barley grown in the Cotswolds, distilled in their Forsyths copper pot stills (Mary & Janis) and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and red wine casks. We've been eagerly awaiting this whisky, and we know plenty of you have been too!

Jameson Caskmates is an intriguing release. Having sent some of their casks to the local craft stout brewers at Franciscan Well, the casks were returned to Midleton where they were subsequently used to give a stout finish to Jameson! We tasted it before it was available in the UK when we visited Cork just before St. Patrick's Day 2015, and we know that some of the fine folk at Irish Distillers were worried that it may be seen as a bit of a gimmick. Perhaps to an extent it is, but more importantly, it works - a worthwhile experiment that's produced a unique and interesting Irish whiskey.

Single Barrel Tennessee Rye Whiskey draws its wonderful flavour from a unique 70% rye grain bill, matured to perfection in our handmade oak barrels, positioned in the upper reaches of our barrelhouses. Bottled at 90 proof, this is a big, bold rye that does not overpower. Complex flavours of ripe fruit mingle with light toasted oak notes, allowing the rye grain to shine through, creating a taste rich with spice and a pleasant lingering finish. Enjoy this Single Barrel Rye neat, on the rocks, or in classic rye cocktails.

County Cork’s finest creation, Jameson whisky has been enjoyed in Ireland and beyond for over two centuries. Known around the world for its palatable smoothness and velvety touch on the palate, Jameson’s flavour is also worthy of note, sweet and aromatic and thick with marmalade and citrus notes. The sharper flavours are balanced against a touch of sweet vanilla cream, delivering that classic Jameson’s flavour the world knows and loves.

Produced by the Teeling Whiskey Company, this is a delicious small-batch blend with a very high malt content. Interestingly enough, it's also been matured in rum casks for added spice.

The first line extension to the Maker's Mark range since the '50s, Maker's 46 is essentially the standard expression with added spice. This was not intended to compete with the core expression, instead it's a cousin to it, something different for those that like spicy bourbon. They add this extra dimension by inserting seared French oak staves into the barrels (with the stave profile "number 46" - thus the name). It's utterly stunning. Yet it is 47% abv . Confusing.

The second release in Jameson Caskmates range, finished this time in casks that once held zesty IPA. The combination adds further layers of hop fruitiness to the whiskies already fruity character as well as a touch of citrus, floral notes and some balancing bitterness. Perfect for a boilermaker – sip of IPA, sip of Jameson Caskmates, repeat.

Peated to a heavyweight 40ppm, Port Charlotte Scottish Barley is a multi-vintage Cuvee crafted from casks hand-picked by head distiller Adam Hannett. This remarkable single malt, originally created by the legendary distiller Jim McEwan, represents a union between the classic floral elegance of Bruichladdich and heavy peat.

A fresh and fruity whisky from Yamazaki, full of red fruit and a touch of sherry cask. It's also got some mizunara (Japanese oak) matured whisky in the mix, which comes through as a complex spicy and almost incense-like note. A well put together and deep dram.

Chita is Suntory's grain distillery. The flagship release is aged in a combination of wine, sherry and bourbon casks. This is a light whisky with subtle notes of mint, honey and wood spice.

Another small-batch blend of fine rye whiskies distilled in a small copper pot still, this is a characterful, robust, smoky whisky with a pleasingly sweet palate.

Michter's small-batch bourbon is named after a former 'oldest distillery in the USA', and is currently wowing the UK bar scene. Sweet, fruity and spicy, it packs in plenty of flavour.

Clynelish is the successor to the now-silent Brora, built opposite the original distillery and producing a top-quality rich, smoky dram. One of the best entry-level proprietary bottlings available from any distillery.

Sacred Spirits take English Whiskey from bourbon barrels and recask them in London for further maturation (finishing) and flavour development in sherry hogsheads - old Pedro Ximenez casks from Bodegas Navarro in Montilla, Spain. These nutty and rich nuances give a truly deep and satisfying single malt. Log-fire smoke from a country pub, sea salt, dried pineapple, clove spice, sweet vanilla and Christmas cake.

A green and crunchy entry in the Hakushu Range, combining whisky of a wide variety of ages, from across the range of casks used by the distillery to create a gently smokey dram, packed with fruity flavour.
