Part of the new core range of whiskies launched by Isle of Jura in early 2018, this 10 year old expression takes the place of Jura Origin. It's initially aged in American white oak bourbon barrels before enjoying a finishing period in Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at 40% ABV. It has the subtle smoke characteristic of Jura's excellent Island single malts, with robust vanilla and an intense kick of sherried sweetness underneath.

The talents of Scotland and America are combined in each bottle of Glenmorangie. The finest single malt whisky of Scotland is matured in American Mountain Oak casks, delivering the characteristic aromatic flavour of Glenmorangie. A light and inviting aromas only hints at the flavour, enticing you to taste the fresh and floral flavours within. Notes of vanilla balance gently alongside sweet orange and peach, the latter lingering in a satisfying aftertaste.

This classic 12 year old Aberfeldy is a traditional single malt Scotch, distilled up in the Highlands. Rich and malty in character, aromas of cooked cherries, sherry and a light hint of smoke come through first. The flavour is wonderfully sweet with a clean mouth feel and malty notes coming through consistently. Gentle peaty depth reminds you of the quality of this malt and peters off to a gentle finish.

Yamazaki 12 year old is probably the most famous Japanese whisky there is. An exceptional single malt, it was one of the first seriously marketed offerings from Japan to reach the rest of the world. Intensely enjoyable and rich with nut oils and citrus zest, Yamazaki 12 year old is smooth in the mouth with biting winter spice providing that classic whisky flavour, with the fruity notes ensuring a rounded finish. A must for first-time Japanese whisky drinkers.

The legendary flavour of Wild Turkey bourbon has been brought out in a new and exciting style with the addition of the sweetest honey. The smoothness is even silkier than before if you can believe it and though we recommend drinking it neat, you could pop it into a creative cocktail. The caramel depth of the traditional bourbon flavour blend together with the rich honey creating a truly delightful warmth and this is further enhanced by bright floral notes and oaky spice.

An Irish vodka that deserves your attention, Dingle Distillery Vodka is distilled five times to deliver a smooth, sensuous flavour. Pure as they come, each glass of DDV is beautifully smooth and has a creaminess to its texture which makes you want to go back for more. Its palate is soft and lightly lemon flavoured with a real deep mineral edge, derived from spring water used in its production. It’s this mineral character that really stands out and gives the drink real spirit.

Luxurious offering from Poland. Medium bodied with faint vanila any crushed grains. The finish is of a reasonable length with butter and nutty cream notes that fade into lemon zest.

Ilegal Anejo spends time in both French and American oak casks, delivering a unique flavour profile which you’ll definitely enjoy. A truly premium tequila, maple, clove and bittersweet orange come through in the aroma and lead to roasted sweet agave and chocolate on the palate. Very rounded, full-bodied and rich for a tequila, this is one you will want to sip and savour.

Fabrica de Tequilas produced and distilled this blanco Tequila using agave cooked for 10 hours in steam-powered autoclaves. After the addition of special yeast, the batch was then fermented and moved into stainless steel pots for double distillation. To blend this blanco, Rooster Rojo used water filtered through Mexican silver, creating its sumptuously smooth profile.

Flamboyant Vieux Rum is a Mauritian offering which enjoys a relaxing seven years maturing in ex-bourbon barrels. It is named for the Flamboyant Tree which appear on its labelling and is a native species of Mauritius. The flavour of the rum is exotic as its naming, with floral notes present from the off and lingering until the end. Well-rounded but not lacking in flavour, Flamboyant Vieux Rum is just begging to be sipped.

La Hachichera is a bewitching rum which draws you in with its intense and spicy aroma. Taking its name from the Spanish word for enchantress a dried fruit and spicy aroma is paired with subtle vanilla, cacao and menthol. This Colombian rum takes you on a journey from bitter to sweet with bitter chocolate notes leading to warm spiced cinnamon, coffee and rounded vanilla. The bitterness blends beautifully into the sweet to offer a balance worthy of much appreciation.

A powerful shooter like no other Stroh 80 is an intense and fiery rum which Austria is very proud of. It’s often enjoyed atop sweet desserts and as an additional kick to a comforting hot chocolate. Sweet notes of Demerara sugar can be picked out of the fiery heat of Stroh 80, alongside a soothing butterscotch with nutmeg hints. The intensity of Stroh 60 shouldn’t be underestimated and each taste will linger long after finishing.

Bottled at 40% abv, instead of the regular 50%, the Nardini Grappa Bianco 40 makes for a smoother, lighter sip that might crack open up the cracking would of grappa to people who wouldn't have tried it before. It still maintains the floral notes and citrus zest, but it's gentler on the palate, making this traditional Italian drink perfect for sipping.

Clapham’s finest gin, SW4 is proud of it heritage and offers a classic London dry gin flavour. Twelve botanicals are combined to create the flavours and it’s the musky aroma of angelica root which is first released, with mushroom undertones. On tasting, juniper is rich and florid and the palate is generally dry with strong bitter and spicy notes. Lavender and cucumber stand out against lemon peel and orris root with a woody finish to savour.

A unique Spanish brandy with strong notes of grapes and raisins, Cardenal Mendoza Solera has a syrupy texture, is sweet on the palate and has a flavour profile which builds and builds. From the sweet aroma of plums and liquorice, with a light touch of espresso coffee, Cardenal Mendoza Solera has a flavour which combines these distinct flavours with additional hints of caramel to balance the bittersweet coffee notes.
