A young Havana Club offering, this 7 year old Cuban rum gets its amber hues from the bourbon casks it’s matured in. The aroma is reminiscent of first thing in the morning, rich in roasted coffee with vanilla and gingerbread coming through too. Vanilla fudge is the prominent flavour when you take a sip and it’s soon paired with sweet dairy chocolate, fruit trifle and woody oak notes. The end result is a warm, rounded rum which is wonderful when mixed with ginger or lime, or both!
Luxurious offering from Poland. Medium bodied with faint vanila any crushed grains. The finish is of a reasonable length with butter and nutty cream notes that fade into lemon zest.
Luxury Vodka from France . Soft wheat and creamy vanilla ice cream notes give way to pink peppercorn and lime rind. The finish is silky and rmains on a peppercorn taste for a moment before a solid spice and citrus close. Super slick and well made vodka. Best served ice cold.
Gabriel Boudier Crème de Mure encapsulates the flavour of fresh blackberries and releases them for us all to enjoy. It’s a wonderful flavour which brings together the essence of the blackberry and primes it perfectly to match with fine champagnes, dry white wines and any number of white spirit cocktails which need an extra kick. The blackberries are harvested from Morocco and Chile and combining them with cream creates a deliciously tart liqueur.
