This walnut liqueur from Casoni comes from the Modena province of Emilia, Italy. Made by infusing walnut husks with sugar and distillate, this intense liqueur has a nutty and sweet character and is best enjoyed at room temperature or slightly chilled after a meal.

A fruity, citrus-forward fair trade Kumquat liqueur from Fair, made with antioxidant rich Kumquats grown in Southeast Asia. The palate offers notes of mandarin, orange juice and grapefruit, with hints of orange blossom lingering in the finish.

Made with locally sourced figs and cherries, as well as balsamic vinegar of Modena, it is inspired by the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna.
An ancient liqueur with a strange history and an equally interesting flavour. Chartreuse Elixier has been made by the Chartreuse monks since the 18th century, using the same recipe written in 1605. Mastiha is a fascinating liqueur created in Greece using the resin of the rare mastiha tree grown on the Greek island of Chios. It's not often seen, but when you do, it's always worth a look. This particular expression is Kleos Mastiha, produced by master distiller Maroussa Tsaxaki using the mastiha tears (the hardened resin) and mastiha essential oils. The name comes from a Greek word meaning “fame or glory attained through good deeds and hard work” - which is clearly an admirable thing to aspire to!
The creation of innovative bartender Lukas Stafin, Fortunella liqueur was inspired by fragrant, aromatic golden oranges – kumquats – as well as their Chinese origins. Taking its name from the Asiatic species of kumquat known as Fortunella, this is a zesty, sweet liqueur, perfect for making cocktails or simply sipped over ice.
Roots Mastiha Liqueur is produced using the resin of Mastic trees on the Greek island of Chios – believed to have medicinal properties – and also saw use as a breath freshener – since 5BC.

Minty Minttu liqueur from Finnish distillers Koskenkorva, who are well known for their 013 Vodka and its many flavours. Minttu is an intense liqueur, with a mountain of mint flavours behind it. You can enjoy it neat, but they also recommend trying it in a hot chocolate if you fancy a delicious, warming drink.
Finland's Koskenkorva has come up with this liqueur based on their award-winning vodka and that peculiarly Scandinavian commodity: salt-liquorice. We know, we know - it sounds awful, but our fair-haired friends absolutely adore it.
