Very exciting stuff here, folks! This is the first single malt whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery (as well as being the first single malt whisky ever distilled in the Cotswold countryside!). A much-anticipated release, which has been produced using barley grown in the Cotswolds, distilled in their Forsyths copper pot stills (Mary & Janis) and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and red wine casks. We've been eagerly awaiting this whisky, and we know plenty of you have been too!

The rum base is an aged Caribbean rum previously used to season empty whisky casks for final maturation. An extract of Banana Peel is infused into the rum to impart a fruity forward note to the spicy, sweet toffee profile of the Rum. It’s like liquid Banana Bread. Best served neat over ice, shaken in a Daiquiri or mixed long with Ginger Ale.

Produced to a different recipe and profile than Sazerac Rye, this recipe contains just rye and malted barley, no corn. The result is an aroma full of dried fruit, black pepper, and touch of fresh dill The palate shows a terrific balance of dark spices and subtle caramel overtones while the finish has an oaky dryness.

A favourite in Denmark, FISK is made with a mixture of quality vodka, eucalyptus, menthol and liquorice. Refreshing and bracing when served ice cold. We're not 100% certain that the wistful fisherman on the label is the eponymous Fisk, but we like to believe he is.

The rarest Johnnie Walker on the market, Blue Label has a refined and elegant flavour that lifts it into the premium malt category. A robust and fragrant nose is rich with oak, dry spices, berry fruits and aniseed. The flavour is mellower, more balanced and open, with toffee and light hints of smoke. Chocolate and intense malt warmth give the flavour another dimension and the long finish is awash with powerful oaky notes.

Jose Cuervo Agavero is an exceptional tequila flavoured liqueur, displayed in an unusual, memorable bottle. Blue agave reposado and anejo tequilas are blended together with essence of Damian flower to create a flavour you won’t forget. Herbal and vegetal aromas are the most prominent with light woody notes, lime zest and even asparagus come through. The flavour is sweet and mellow as you first sip but it begins to heat up, with those familiar herbal notes coming through.

La Maison Fontaine Chocolat Absinthe Liqueur is inspired and by an old handwritten recipe and the flavour is a really distinctive and exciting taste. Its nose is rich in chocolate notes with liquorice and aniseed coming through and the taste is sweet with definite dryness and aniseed absinthe notes coming through strongly alongside lighter, milky chocolate notes. It’s the absinthe that really stands out but the chocolate adds a really interesting twist.

Carefully made from select wines with the alcohol gently removed then infused with quality botanicals. Our master blenders have created a balanced yet vibrant full-flavoured drink with delicious notes of Italian bergamot. Non-alcoholic aperitivo made the Martini way.

Masthouse Whisky Single Malt - Pot Distilled is made with specially grown Kentish grain, and is a beguiling spirit inspired by the ancient craft of ship mast-making at Chatham's Royal Dockyard, where it is distilled.

The Classic Miahuatlán Expression. El Espadín hits with aromas of buttered barbecued corn and earthy ancho chilies. The palate brings rosemary, chamomile and a honeyed sweetness backed by chewy tobacco smoke. Killer in negronis and margs - even better on its own.

An African craft gin from Procera, distilled in Nairobi with 10 botanicals, all sourced from across Africa, including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root. However, the most important botanical here is a relatively unseen species of juniper, Juniper Procera (most gins use Juniper Communis), also known as African juniper as it only grows in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia. This different variety gives the gin a nuttier, earthier backbone. After distillation, the gin is bottled into stunning hand-blown bottles, also produced in Nairobi. A truly unique gin.

An exuberant expression of that most aromatic of spices, cardamom, made with organic green cardamom pods from Guatemala. For a long, refreshing drink, pour a large measure over ice and top with your favourite tonic water. Garnish with a slice of ruby red grapefruit.

Sacred Spirits take English Whiskey from bourbon barrels and recask them in London for further maturation (finishing) and flavour development in sherry hogsheads - old Pedro Ximenez casks from Bodegas Navarro in Montilla, Spain. Sweet Agwa, a liqueur which marries together an array of tempting herbal flavours, offering a distinct and enjoyable flavour. Agwa’s key ingredients are Bolivian coca leaves, Brazilian guarana and Chinese ginseng which work together to offer a herbal, minty scent followed by a thick, syrupy mouthfeel awash with spicy notes, sweet menthol and the depth of the herbaceous ingredients. The folks behind the marvellous Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur have only gone and create a green chile variant! The use of green chili brings and earthier, more vegetal spiciness to the flavour profile (compared the to sweetness/spice juxtaposition of the original recipe), which lends itself to being used in gin-based cocktails as well as tequila and mezcal-based tipples.

From Bardstown Bourbon Co Origin Series, this is Bottled In Bond; a wheated 6-year expression created with the best locally-sourced Kentucky corn and wheat grains. This expression features 20% wheat in the mash bill, creating a modern expression of beautifully balanced bourbon.

Made with 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this is a flavourful, rich and rounded rye that will delight fans of the style. This straight rye is finished in hybrid American oak and cherry wood barrels for up to 6 months.

The fresh and fruity flavour of apples bursts out of every bottle of Berentzen Apfelkorn. This sweet yet powerful schnapps benefits from the full flavour of sun-ripened apples which provide a flavour like no other. The sun ripened provides a sweetness you won’t find elsewhere and it’s paired wonderfully with the low ABV which makes it enjoyable when drunk neat. A must for a truly tempting Apple Martini, Berentzen Apfelkorn deserves a spot in your drinks cabinet.

An absolutely cracking American whiskey from the Boondocks range, helmed by Dave Scheurich, former master distiller of Woodford Reserve. This expression is made with a combo heavy in corn, along with helpings of rye and malt, and matured for 11 years before bottling. It's not quite a bourbon, as it was distilled to a higher strength than allowed for bourbon (which is 160 proof, or 80% ABV), and matured in used charred white oak bourbon barrels (rather than brand new ones).

A cask-strength version of the Boondocks 11 Year Old, aged in American oak and notable for its soft mouthfeel and harmonious balance of earthy, spicy flavours. Sample the malty corn cereal, milk chocolate and leather which is typical of this Kentucky distiller.

A statement from the whiskey maker notes that this expression is a cask-strength bourbon with a limited run of just 1,620 bottles. Each will be individually numbered. Just like all of Boondocks’ whiskeys, ryes, and bourbons, this limited edition was crafted by Master Distiller David Scheurich, a veteran of the whiskey industry for 45 years and a winner of the Whisky Advocate Lifetime Achievement Award.

Boondocks 6 Year Old is a straight bourbon whiskey, aged in port barrels. It has flavours of vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit, cinnamon and nuttiness and comes at a strength of 45% ABV. This is a rich and easy to sip bourbon of delightful sweetness.

From Boondocks, in Bardstown Kentucky, comes this exceptional straight rye whiskey. It’s been made according to the laws passed in the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, which means 50% ABV, four years aging, and that it’s been made entirely at a single distillery, in a single season.
