A single malt that many lust after, Lagavulin 16 Year Old is a southern Islay offering which combines bright rich notes with a light dryness, creating an interesting, concentrated flavour. The nose is reminiscent of Lapsang Souchong tea, exceptionally smokey with undertones of sweet sherry and vanilla. The flavour is equally intense, with a thick richness on the palate, rich in malt and sherry with bright fruited sweetness and the smoky peat always there in the background. An African craft gin from Procera, distilled in Nairobi with 10 botanicals, all sourced from across Africa, including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root. However, the most important botanical here is a relatively unseen species of juniper, Juniper Procera (most gins use Juniper Communis), also known as African juniper as it only grows in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia. This different variety gives the gin a nuttier, earthier backbone. After distillation, the gin is bottled into stunning hand-blown bottles, also produced in Nairobi. A truly unique gin.

Made with 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this is a flavourful, rich and rounded rye that will delight fans of the style. This straight rye is finished in hybrid American oak and cherry wood barrels for up to 6 months.

Fortaleza tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave by Guillermo Sauza, a fifth generation Sauza family-member. The Reposado is a perfect balance of vegetal notes from fresh agave and vanilla wood from its resting in bourbon barrels.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blend of Japanese malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Presented in the brand's trademark 24-faceted bottle representing the Japanese seasons, this is light, approachable and moreish with enticing notes of orange peel and white chocolate.

WhistlePig is a fantastic brand of straight rye whisk(e)y which is distilled and initially matured in Canada before being aged further, at the WhistlePig Farm in Vermont. The Master Distiller for WhistlePig was Dave Pickerell, who was the Master Distiller for Maker's Mark for 14 years, Sadly now deceased. Their 10 year old straight rye is made with 100% rye and delivers a full-on flavour profile of clove, mint, barrel char, creamy caramels and butterscotch. Properly excellent stuff.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is a legend in its own right. A dram you won’t forget and a malt you are almost guaranteed to want to buy time and again. Medicinal in style, the nose is rich in herbal and pine notes, with creamier hints of buttery warmth and smoke. The palate too is wonderfully creamy with tingling spices, a touch of fresh fruit, orange peels and that medicinal tang. The finish is long with a salty edge, a hint of peat and that unusual yet enjoyable medicinal taste remains prevalent.

One of three rums released as part of El Dorado's Single Still series, this 2009 Guyanese rum has been made using the Enmore wooden column still. Matured in oak casks for 12 years, it offers notes of smoked hazelnuts, caramel apples, coconut flakes and milk chocolate throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

Dodo "Coconut" White Rum 1L Dodo "Coconut" rum is crafted from Mauritian molasses and column distiled. Following which it left to macerate with fresh coconut and a little sugar over a period of time for the flavours to aromas to blossom. Light sweet coconut aromas on the nose which give way to a full round mellow coconut taste on the palate. Perfect for a pina colada, with frsh juice and sipping over ice.

An aged agricole rum from Damoiseau, the Millesime 2009 was produced in Guadeloupe and bottled after seven years of rest in American oak barrels. This is the 'raw' version of the 2009 vintage agricole, bottled at a warming 66.9% ABV.
