An oaky, spicy bourbon, Horse With No Name is made with a combination of yellow dent Texas corn, soft red winter wheat and six-row distiller’s malt, and then blended with habanero chilli distillate to give it a fruity note.

Madre Mezcal is brought to us by the Morales family in Oaxaca who combine both Espadin and Cuishe Agave. For this release they cook the Agaves inside Earthen Pitis and Crush it with a Stone Tahona Wheel which creates a Vegetal forward Mezcal packed full of Mint and Herb notes throughout before undertones of Pepper come through on the finish.al sip.

Ron Matusalem went and sourced some wine casks for this limited edition release! The rum is charcoal filtered and matured in a solera system, before it's finished in casks which previously held Tempranillo wine. The tropical notes from the rum work wonderfully with the spicier notes from the wine cask, with just 8,000 bottles released. Rather snazzy bottle there, too.
