Fortaleza tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave by Guillermo Sauza, a fifth generation Sauza family-member. The Reposado is a perfect balance of vegetal notes from fresh agave and vanilla wood from its resting in bourbon barrels.

Fortaleza Blanco is made by the fifth generation of the Sauza family. Made using traditional methods, this is exceptional with notes of black pepper, earth and butter. Top end blanco Tequila, made from 100% agave. Plenty of citrus notes with hints of seasoning,. Long, deep and complex finish yet easy to drink.

A wonderful single pot still whiskey, Green Spot is fabulous stuff, and much loved by the critics. Hints of peppermint, malt, sweet barley, sugary porridge, creamy vanilla, papaya and citrus. Spicy and soft, gentle bourbon oak, green woods, menthol, potpourri. Creamy, long finish, vanilla.

24 botanicals are carefully chosen for their uniquity , that work together in unison to afford a romantic , complex flavour. Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb , and a smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey.

Dingle Gin is made in Co. Kerry using a recipe including local botanicals such as rowan berry, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. Diluted to bottling strength with water from the distillery's own well, this is fresh, floral and incredibly well balanced.

Spirytus Duch Puszczy Rectified Spirit is highly concentrated ethanol which has been purified by many distillations. Used in very small amounts as a base for mixed drinks. This extraordinarily strong spirit needs to be treated with respect so use it sparingly and thoughtfully.

Fabulous decanter style bottle of Plantation Extra Old rum from Barbados. The rums are initially aged in the Caribbean in ex-bourbon casks then transported to the Charente (home of Plantation's owner, Cognac producer Pierre Ferrand) and undergoing a second maturation in small French oak casks.

Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is made in a small distillery in Yarra Valley, Australia. Everything the Four Pillars distillers make is based around their four pillars - the still, the water, the botanicals and love. It's sort of a bit like the four elements of hip hop. Pillar 1 - The Four Pillars copper-pot still is called Wilma. Pillar 2 - The water they use from Yarra Valley is triple filtered. Pillar 3 - They use some local botanicals (Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle), some exotic botanicals (cinnamon, cardamom, coriander seeds and star anise) and some classic botanicals (juniper, lavender, angelica root), as well as whole oranges to give Four Pillars Gin its flavour profile. Pillar 4 - The distillers love what they do and love what they have made. It all adds up to a vibrant Australian gin which stands out in cocktails, but tastes just superb neat.

Planteray O.F.T.D (Old Fashioned Traditional Dark) is a high-strength blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica. Rich and warming with notes of spice, coffee, orange and clove, this is excellent in cocktails. LABEL MAY VARY.

A London Dry Gin made with botanicals from along the traditional spice route that led back to the UK. Indonesian Cubeb berries, Indian black pepper and Moroccan coriander are all used in this gin, launched by Quintessential Brands in 2013.

A 20cl bottle of Jade's VS1898 Absinthe, a 'Verte Suisse' styled after the top quality spirit of the late 19th century. This has been reverse engineered from a bottle made at the C.F. Berger distillery before it closed in 1910.

Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin is an intriguing gin made with an Albariño grape based spirit , rather than your more commonly seen grain based potion , with 12 botanicals including lemon peel , hibiscus, liquorice and eucalyptus. The result is a bold , floral flavour profile that would befit summer drinks and cocktails. The bottle is quite stylish too - very impressive stuff Olay !

An incredible rum – winner of a Platinum medal and ranked in First Place by the prestigious Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago, with a whopping 97 points. Interestingly, now that industry giants Diageo are distributing Zacapa, the '23 years old' age statement has suddenly been dropped and replaced with a somewhat more plausible claim – the rums used are aged between 6 and 23 years old and are blended together in a solera.

The Pusser's Rum collection has had a bit of a revamp. While their Blue Label is still made with the exact same blend of rums - a recipe from the Admiralty - it is now bottled at 40% abv rather that 54.5% abv. The reasoning behind this, is it allows Pusser's to be distributed to Naval bases, where the maximum allowed strength is 40%. If you're looking for the original 54.5% version, then fear not! It has now been rebranded as Pusser's 'Gunpowder Proof' Black Label.

A very special golden rum from one of Central America's most celebrated producers, Flor de Cana from Nicaragua. These rums keep getting better and better.

A solid and spicy rye made to the Michter's recipe, although not distilled at the now closed Schaefferstown distillery. Nonetheless, Michter's is a name with a certain cult cachet in American whiskey circles, and we reckon this will be a big hit over here. We cannot guarantee specific barrel number or year of release of these bottles.

MEGA YUM! Sipsmith boys came up trumps with this one. Super silky mouthfeel with notes of lemon barley water and crushed up breakfast cereal from your schooldays. This is followed by a creamy vanilla moment before more lemon and eventually a brief hard boiled barley sugar with orange rind. Finish is  silky and leaves you with a lovely lemon barley note and a desire for more of the same.

This whisky has been matured for 14 years in traditional oak casks before being transferred to Caribbean rum casks to impart some extra flavour. This process has created a well-rounded and drinkable whisky with notes of fruit and vanilla.

The Warner Edwards distillers in Northamptonshire have brought us another flavour of excellent gin - they have been prolific since their start in 2012. This time, they've gone regal and created Rhubarb Gin, , as well as their Harrington Dry Gin. They also add just enough sugar to balance out the acidity from the rhubarb, producing a spirit with plenty of sweetness and some subtle, enjoyably sour notes emanate from the rhubarb.

The Añejo is aged for 14 months. It is refined and complex, with flavours of soft caramel and vanilla. A perfect balance of sweetness from the blue weber agaves, with subtle spice from the oak barrel ageing and a long, smooth finish.

Light and refreshing with a pleasing juniper hit , Bakery Gin earned its unusual name after founder Ian Puddick discovered his office was once a bakery – famous for selling homemade (and at the time, illegal) gin. This Gin is ' Seriously small batch'. Only 30 bottles per distillation , allowing continuous control of quality .By only using four botanicals , Ian has managed to make a consistently solid and delicious gin of miraculous simplicity . The name ‘Jindea’ is a portmanteau of ‘Juniper’ and the French words for India and tea, which provides a fairly accurate picture of the brand, as it is made in an alembic still in France, with juniper and first-flush Darjeeling tea as its main botanicals. Jindea’s other botanicals are lemon, grapefruit, coriander, ginger, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, and angelica. Maceration lasts between three and five days, followed by pot still distillation.

McAfee's Benchmark is a rye based Kentucky Straight Bourbon from the Buffalo Trace distillery , awarded 90 points by Wine Enthusiast and a former Gold Medal and Trophy winner at the International Spirits Challenge.
