Renais Gin is a distinctive spirit inspired by the Burgundy region of France. Co-founded by siblings Alex and Emma Watson, it reflects their family's winemaking heritage. The gin is crafted from upcycled French wine grapes, particularly Grand Cru press grapes, and incorporates botanicals such as juniper berries, linden flowers, acacia honey, and Kimmeridgian stone—a limestone from the Chablis region known for imparting a mineral quality.

Made by distilling whole Christmas Puddings made according to Ian’s Great Aunt Nellie’s recipe. Serve as a shot straight from the freezer after your turkey as an alternative to Christmas Pudding, in a Christmas Pudding Martini straight from the freezer with 5ml Sacred English Dry Vermouth and 5ml Sacred English Spiced Vermouth, garnished with an orange zest. Alternatively, substitute into any gin classic, such as a Negroni, for a more festive take, or pour a large measure over ice and top with your favourite tonic water, garnished with a cinnamon stick and a slice of orange for a Christmas G&T!

This is a very unique spirit that is one of only a few mango distillates produced in the world. Aged for 18 months in ex-Malbec French Oak casks, Buscadores is a truly new flavour experience which introduces a new methodology to an old established order of spirits.

Remus Straight Bourbon is produced at Indiana's Ross & Squibb distillery, and named after famed 'King of the Bootleggers', prohibition hero George Remus. This bourbon spent between five and six years maturing in charred American white oak barrels before being bottled at a satisfying 47% ABV. With sweet layers of maple and vanilla, supported by elegant helpings of rye, it's a solid sipper and would make a great choice for classic cocktails.

A dark dark rum from St Lucia, made by blending together 3-year-old column-still rum and 6-year-old pot-still rum, all aged in ex-bourbon casks. It combines the fresher and more citrusy character of the younger rum, with rich, brown sugar notes, toffee and tobacco from the older. A well-rounded and easy drinking dark rum.

Created by London-based entrepreneur Rachel Verghis, MarGin is an artisanal gin that encapsulates the essence of the British ‘white fiver,’ originally issued by the Bank of England in 1793. This small-batch gin incorporates a precisely balanced infusion of nine botanicals, featuring juniper berries, pink hyssop, and cotton lavender among others. The outcome is an elegant, cool, and crisp flavour complemented by a dry yet smooth mouthfeel.

Kohaku No Madoromi Shochu is a classic example of a traditional shochu made with 85% sweet potato and 15% rice, and is rich, bursting with undergrowth aromas, velvety on the palate, and delicately sweet in the finish.

Masons Pear & Pink Peppercorn unites sweet, crisp conference pear with the gentle warming spice of pink peppercorns for a delicate, aromatic flavour.

Try the spirit of Yorkshire with your next tonic, Mason’s Yorkshire Gin uses Harrogate spring water to instil a little more of Yorkshire in every bottle. With flavours that evoke traditional Dutch jenever, Mason’s is sweet withmalted bread notes paired with eucalyptus, candied orange peel and coriander. The orange peel flavour remains strong with pine-rich notes of juniper joining in on the act and a retained malty flavour lasting until the final drop.

Michters single barrel release of their rye. Filling their barrels at just above 50% ABV rather than at a much higher industry standard, turns Michters into a smoother, more full-bodied whisky. This release was bottled at 55.1% ABV as Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey.

Spirited Seas is a blend of premium dark rums finished at sea (eighty Atlantic crossings)! Out of the turbulent Atlantic Ocean comes Goslings Spirited Seas Rum. Hand selected ex bourbon barrels are filled with their superior rum from Bermuda and then loaded onto the M.V. Oleander, for a special year at sea to age. Travelling back and forth from Bermuda to the mid Atlantic, where the wild storms of the Gull Stream can magically appear. Don Q Gold is produced in Puerto Rico using a multiple distillation technique, and is allowed to age in American oak barrels before it's bottled. A good choice for sipping neat or splashing in a cocktail.

This annual release from Michter’s in Louisville, Kentucky has developed a strong reputation among whiskey lovers since its debut in 2018. Tesla Sljivo is 100% natural plum brandy and lives up to that label. Distilled in Croatia, this is an authentically traditional Eastern European drink. The tell tale plum flavour lasts from nose to finish and intertwines with a vanilla sweetness and cinnamon spice. There is a slight sharpness to the alcohol, which can also be heavily detected on the nose, but this works well with the plum and creates a sharp yet smooth expression.

Marshals Drink/Shot is a flavoured vodka of Finnish origin, served as a schnapps. The drink is named after Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim, the Marshal of Finland.According to all sources it is important that the glass where the drink is served is poured as full as possible (to the point where surface tension keeps some of the drink in the glass); the glass is then to be emptied without spilling. This practice is said to originate in the Chevalier Guard where Mannerheim once served; every man was entitled one shot of Vodka per day, and through this practice everyone was assured the equal maximum amount. , soft, smooth, spicy, light herb notes, hint of sour orange.

An exciting expression from Nomad, this whisky has been on a journey! Firstly, a selection of previously matured malt and grain whiskies were blended and matured in Scotland. Next up, the blend was shipped over to Jerez, home of legendary sherry producer Gonzalez Byass, where it was filled into two types of sherry cask – Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso. This Reserve expression is matured for a decade in total, it's a splendid sipper, and should be rather exciting indeed for fans of well-sherried whiskies.

Batanga reposado Tequila is produced at the Casa Orendain, which was founded all the way back in 1926! It's distilled using 100% agave, harvested from the Orendain plantation and fermented with yeast which is locally produced at the distillery from a recipe which is over 80 years old. Batanga is named after the eponymous drink created in the 1950s, which is a simple recipe of Tequila, cola and lime juice. We're sure the Tequila itself wouldn't go amiss in one of those!

An award-winner with additional sloe , what’s not to like? Sipsmith’s London Dry gin has been combined wonderfully with fresh hand-picked sloe berries at the height of ripeness. Silk Road Rose Fenjiu: "Based in Shanxi province, southwest of Beijing, Famed for its elegant ‘light-aroma’ style. With a history dating back 6,000 years, the Fenjiu Distillery still follows the ancient methods, using organic sorghum, water drawn from the Gouzhuang spring 840 metres below the nearby forest, double fermentation, double distillation with cornhusks added to the fermented grain, and long maturation periods in ceramic pots. The grain culture used to start the fermentation process is a combination of barley, peas and water, formed into bricks and left to develop in warm, humid conditions for up to two months until they grow yeasts, fungi and microorganisms. Fenjiu is matured in ceramic jars for between five and 30 years before blending and bottling. These breathable containers allow micro-oxygenation of the spirit and remove impurities, all without adding flavour. The Silk Road series is exclusively for overseas market.Although no sugar was added, the Silk Road Rose Fenjiu presents a soft rose sweetness, making it a perfect pair to a sweet dish or class tonic water."
