Gosling Black Seal 151 is a full-flavoured dark rum that has the additional benefit of oak barrels which have been used to age bourbon. It stands out against other rums of the region because of its caramelised flavour and the bourbon notes that the oak casks offer. The taste of treacle melds with spicy cinnamon and orange zest to create a depth of flavour which is both inviting and demands another taste. The strength of flavour is perfect for combining with ginger to create the perfect Dark & Stormy.

Velvet Falernum is a low alcohol and lightly sweet triple sec style liqueur. Produced in Barbados the liqueur is flavoured with aromatic clove, almonds and fresh lime. The sugar cane based is wonderfully sweet and helps the other flavours blend beautifully – the unique part of this flavour is definitely delivered by the lime and sugar combination which zings and the botanical warmth of the cloves adds a further dimension to the drink.

A powerful shooter like no other Stroh 80 is an intense and fiery rum which Austria is very proud of. It’s often enjoyed atop sweet desserts and as an additional kick to a comforting hot chocolate. Sweet notes of Demerara sugar can be picked out of the fiery heat of Stroh 80, alongside a soothing butterscotch with nutmeg hints.
