Our 'Cunning Little Cat' (Le Petit Chat Malin' in its native French) is a tasty wine made from specially selected grapes harvested in the vineyards of the sunny South of France.
Dominated by ripe Merlot, this is a forward, blackcurrant-flavoured wine. It combines freshness with super-rich fruitiness, giving a wine that only hints at darker, smoky tannins. The dense texture plays on the ripe fruit and suggests wine for the medium-term.
The colour is garnet red. The wine combines aromas of red fruit with notes of pepper and cinnamon. The aftertaste is slightly spicy with fine tannins. Combines excellently with red meat or ripened cheese.
