Classic French aperitif. Waves of honeyed tropical fruit and glace cherries with smashed sauvignon grapes and floral notes. Starts out sweet and moves into a dry zesty almost zingy finish.
Montifaud Pinneau is a rare and much underappreciated aperitif produced in the Cognac region of France. The flavour is a combination of the freshest grape juice, from harvested Colombard grapes and effortlessly smooth cognac, delivering a flavour which is rich and of exceptional quality. The grape notes come through beautifully amongst the heat of the alcohol and it ends on an enjoyably light and sweet note.
The biggest of the bunch when it comes to Salto Cachaça, Salto Pure is a 39% ABV spirit which describes itself as ‘unmodified’. It has a strong, impacting nose which is fruity and invites you to taste. The flavour is bold and has a sugary sweetness due to its fermented sugar cane juice base. Salto Pure Cachaça epitomises the flavour of one of Brazil’s national treasures and offers it up with a punch.
One of the best Vodkas in Europe at the moment with a release of just 4,000 bottles per year. Complex and dense body; starts with soft sweet winter wheat followed by a nutty note and finally a complex dryness that flaunts the rye with a peppery note on the end. Tremendous stuff. DO NOT FREEZE THIS VODKA . It's too damn good.& full of character....The distiller is so dedicated to this product that he will camp out in the grain fields to ensure the correct ripeness.... Ps. Can I have my sleeping bag back ?
