A glossy red-purple colour with an expressive nose of dense macerated red fruits and that toasty spicy oak and chocolate. Full and round and packed full of fruit, crisp acidity and ripe tannins.
Montifaud Pinneau is a rare and much underappreciated aperitif produced in the Cognac region of France. The flavour is a combination of the freshest grape juice, from harvested Colombard grapes and effortlessly smooth cognac, delivering a flavour which is rich and of exceptional quality. The grape notes come through beautifully amongst the heat of the alcohol and it ends on an enjoyably light and sweet note.
