Eminente Reserva 7 Year Old is a particularly snazzy Cuban rum, made with 100% Cuban sugar cane. An aged agricole rum from Damoiseau, the Millesime 2009 was produced in Guadeloupe and bottled after seven years of rest in American oak barrels. This is the 'raw' version of the 2009 vintage agricole, bottled at a warming 66.9% ABV.

Great rhum agricole from Guadeloupe's Damoiseau, the XO expression spends at least 6 years maturing in ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at 42% ABV. You'll want to try this served neat, or perhaps over ice, though we reckon some classic rhum agricole cocktails would benefit from its full bodied flavour profile.

The Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is produced from column distilled pure sugar cane juice and reduced to 35% before being blended with natural flavours and a touch of sugar for balance. On the nose, you have a very pleasant popcorn aroma and sweetness coming through while on the palate, you can taste the creamy salted caramel. It is very smooth and leaves an after taste of fudge and hazelnut in your mouth. This Salted Caramel liqueur mixed together with the St Aubin Classic Rhum Agricole, St Aubin Rhum Classic Coffee and a freshly pulled espresso makes a mean Salted Caramel Espresso Martini. It's a 100% Jamaican rum, featuring a fantastically vibrant and delicious flavour profile of mango, peppercorn, lemongrass, and more. Absolutely suitable for sipping neat to appreciate that full-bodied flavour profile, and it'll also do wonders in all sorts of classic cocktails. The label features oodles of references to Kano's life and Jamaican culture, styled similarly to a 7-inch record.

The Lovers Rum is a vibrant blend of Latin American and Caribbean rums, created by the brilliant team of ex-Bacardi ambassador David Cordoba and beverage specialist Arijit Bose! It was made to be the perfect rum in a Daiquiri, and with its oodles of tropical fruit flavours, we'd absolutely have to agree... Heaps of tropical fruit here, with pineapple and passion fruit at the helm, a dusting of cinnamon, brown sugar and pink peppercorn. Hints of oak and zesty citrus appear.

Ron Matusalem went and sourced some wine casks for this limited edition release! The rum is charcoal filtered and matured in a solera system, before it's finished in casks which previously held Tempranillo wine. The tropical notes from the rum work wonderfully with the spicier notes from the wine cask, with just 8,000 bottles released. Rather snazzy bottle there, too.
